It was a clean and comfortable place to stay. My highlight was the bathroom. The staff was nice as well.

I like the staff.. they were very very helpful..... it's a cool place to stay just to transit to another country..... it's price is fair...compared to the surrounding hotels around it,..... it's very close to the airport and very neat too..there was 24 hours light throughout my stay with free wifi ...there is a kitchen you can cook for yourself...

I stayed at Haute Aparthotel last night and the experience was unacceptable. This business seems solely interested in collecting your money rather than providing a service. Communication: The phone number on Booking.com goes completely unanswered. The only time they responded was via WhatsApp to insist that I pay before arrival. Once they had my money, communication ended. Safety & Security: There is no intercom in the room and no staff on-site overnight. If there had been an emergency, I would have been completely stranded. False Advertising: This is not an 'Aparthotel.' There is no kitchen, no toiletries, and no on-site food. I had to order delivery from outside because the kitchen wasn't staffed. My room didn't even have a TV (they claimed it was in for repair), and they refused to let me watch the one in the lobby. Service Failures: The lighting was out for the first 45 minutes of my stay. Worse, the staff member who helped with my luggage broke my bag strap and hid the broken piece in his pocket without saying anything. I had to confront him this morning to get it back. The room was small, the price was high, and the staff lacks basic honesty. Avoid this place—it is a room rental masquerading as a luxury hotel."

They were inconsiderate, there was lickage in the rest room, when I wanted to check out to come back the next day ,they refused and said I must forsake the room, I checked in on the 16th and they counted it for 15th and says booking.come compelled them to do that, plus it was just a room not a studio or an apartment, as they displayed, everything they displayed on booking.com was false i regret booking it and one of the worst decision i have had to make in September, I pray they improve. Plus the room can't be cleaned till after 2 days, so whatever happens you must wait for 2 days before your room can be cleaned, I won't recommend it for anyone except you just want to waste your hard earned money and you don't care for basic things a hotel have to offer, even though is not a hotel look more like something I can't explain, only one staff who sleeps on the couch of the hotel, the experience was so bad that I ran away and left the room for Mt driver, I can't imagine going back there, I apologise for my honest review in advance cheers.
