Overall, the hotel is understaffed and the staff are poorly trained. Although the staff were polite, they did not seem to understand their products and accurate billing. The rooms were not cleaned and prepared ready for the booking and the toilet was not flushed after the last guest usage. The air in the room on arrival was musty and damp. The kitchen unit was not functional and their was no information to that effect. After complaints I was informed that they do not have any functional kitchen units because previous customers abused usage. However, this was never mentioned on Booking.com or displayed anywhere in the hotel, rooms or units.

They advertise that they offer airport shuttle yer they don’t offer this service Took long to run my Visa card as most of their machines only take local cards The room flooded during the night. Terrible stay

“Great if you need to get to Lagos airport super fast”
I booked it because it was very close to the airport. Without traffic, it's three minutes to MMA 2 terminal. So 100% met those requirements! The staff were very professional and helpful. The exterior decoration is quite nice. And they have a good size well maintained pool. There was a lovely sitting area near the bar as well.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were quite large, facilities like gym and swimming pool were great and well kept. Rooms were extremely quiet considering the location, services like laundry was very reasonably priced.

“My stay was worth every penny.”
I came in a little later than my check-in period, but had the best support staff right from the reception. The check-in was easy and staff happy to help. I found a homely ambience as soon as I was ushered in, maybe I am just a sucker for SPACE but I loved it.

“Good experience overall”
I had a bad experience with another hotel, before coming to Apartment 79, but the welcoming face and customer service from both Chioma and Seyi, elevated the stress and bad experience. Whilst Chioma refused to check me in early against hotel policy, the way she communicated this was quite friendly and professional and I was happy to wait. Thank you Chioma for a wonderful customer service experience.
