I am impressed with this guesthouse🤩 It is rare to find a place that combines such high standards with a genuine feeling of warmth.

I was excited. Comfortable, clean, specious. I had an amazing breakfast. The lady running the guest house is very nice and can speak English.

All was great

We arrived and decided to extend for a night, since the place is really nice, clean and comfy. And if that wouldn't be enough the hosts are just lovely! Really welcoming and kind. They even invited us once to join them and their friends for dinner and homemade wine. It was great - thanks a lot!

I had a good time there .Place is very good for family also for solo traveler as well. Thanks for the hospitality from the host. Next time I'll come again and will advise to my friends.

Emilia was a super kind host. The whole place had lots of natural light, surrounded by a lovely garden area. The kitchen is modern, updated, and fully stocked with all you would need for a short stay. It was quiet at night. The tv in the common area worked well. I had a lot of privacy (there may have only been one other guest.) This was a great place to be a solo traveler and not feel lonely. Very close to the best markets in the area. You can take a taxi or hitchhike to the highest resort near Yenokovan and hike to a waterfall. Makaravank monastery is magical. I recommend you stay here.

The Guest house was very cold the heaters in the bedrooms and living rooms were not enough great place but not suited for winter stays

The host is very very pleasant, welcoming and is doing a lot for the guests comfort. The hostel has a Soviet design but it is really clean and beautiful (and I had a personal room for one person lol this is incredible). The view from the hostel is great. The location is quite good as well. A public market is in 3 minutes of walk, so there are a lot of cheap products accessible.

Great place and very great hosts. Confortable bed, good breakfast with delicious jam. It's possible to cook. There is a yard and a terrace to relax.

“Friendly family-run guesthouse two minutes from the centre of town”

This is a family house with the upper floor dedicated to guests, a well-equipped common kitchen, a lounge with a massive TV screen, spotless bathroom and toilet, and even a lovely little balcony. My twin room was small but nicely furnished with a bedside lamp, a wardrobe and a view of the valley and the hills opposite. The house is a three minute stairway climb from the main drag where there are supermarkets and numerous fruit sellers. But the best thing about this place is the friendly family who runs it, especially Emilia who made me feel welcome at once with a complimentary cake on arrival. After two minutes I knew I'd extend my stay. Strongly recommended.

This is a family hotel with a large yard, on a hillside(not high),and the scenery is great! The location is very good, in the city center, there are two supermarkets next to it, and a big market! About 5 minutes away! The room is very clean, with kitchen and washing machine available! The hostess was beautiful, kind and caring, she told me the route and also called a taxi for me. I had a drink with the owner and his friend. Mmm, drunk, thank you so much for the hospitality! I actually stayed for a few days, highly recommended!

“Incredible HomeStay in the heart of Ijevan”

I only stayed for one night - but Raz and his family were fantastic. Food was also super delicious cooked by his wife - The room was clean and comfortable. Will be back for sure if I pass by Ijevan!
