“Warm and welcoming homely atmosphere”
We had such a fantastic stay at Raicho Lodge and would happily return. The staff were so kind and incredibly helpful, warm, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was easy. Their local tips and genuine care made a big difference to our trip. The location is also very convenient in walking distance to lifts and restaurants. The lodge itself has a beautiful cosy atmosphere, especially around the fireplace where we enjoyed great conversations with like-minded guests after a day on the slopes. It really feels more like a welcoming mountain home than a hotel. Our room was large and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a strong, hot shower, exactly what you want after skiing. The onsen was also excellent and the perfect way to relax and recover each evening. Highly recommend Raicho Lodge for anyone looking for comfort, friendliness, and a true alpine lodge experience.

“Great place for families and friends.”
Great location, easy walk to ski slopes, restaurants and a private onsen. Cosy and comfortable and loved the community space around the open fire, great place to connect at the end of the day. Extremely welcoming team, friendly and helpful. Lodge has drying room, bar is open in evening for fire side drinks. Felt like staying with a big group of friends. Highly recommend.

Jono and the Team are amazing hosts, super helpful. Really cozy lodge with fire ,beer, wine, cocktails and good company. Just a short stroll to the skifield via Aki bar and pizza.

Great location in the town of Madarao just a few minutes walk from the ski resort. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. A warm, homely vibe.
