“Super friendly staff, great accom and we will def be back”
Lots of space for a family of 5, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen if you like cooking. A good 15min walk from the ski fields but it is a pleasant walk. There is a shuttle in the morning though (from 9am for about an hour) and in the afternoon (from 3:30pm) if those time work for you. Staff were absolutely amazing! So friendly, helpful and just lovely to chat too. All speak exceptional English also. Breakfast was really good - home made bagels were the best I have tasted EVER! And the dinner was also excellent - my 6yo who doesn’t eat anything that is not a chicken nugget absolutely devoured the kids pasta and meat sauce, telling us the whole time how amazing it was.

“Very comfortable self contained apartment but far from ski hill”
Stayed in small self-contained 1 bedroom apartment in the Colleen block. Very comfortable with great bed in the separate bedroom. We were picked up at the bus stop and dropped off on our departure. The staff were great and very responsive. They also drove us to Chill ski rental on day 1 where we could leave our ski gear for a fee. The bar and restaurant in chamonix were very nice although unexpectedly closed one night which was inconvenient.

“Snow experience”
Bruno and his staff made our stay comfortable. We managed to get the skiing lesson here itself, which was convenient. The hot water was great. Had laundry and cooking facilities .

Loved everything about our stay. Awesome view of the snow, very well sized cabin for 5 people. Very warm and cosy after a day of attempting to ski. The staff were exceptional, even going so far as to pick us up from the Madarao Kogan Hotel with our bags and elderly companion. 20 minutes walk to Madarao Kogen and the onsen there. We also had dinner at the main building which was delicious and the staff helped us with picking what trains to catch to get to Kyoto. Cannot recommend highly enough.

“Great place to spend a skiing weekend! :)”
The apartment was great, lots of room and very clean. The hosts are very very nice. We felt welcome the second we entered the main cottage. All employees are great. They all go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. We could buy the ski passes at the main cottage. They had food and drink options and even offer ski and snowboard lessons as well as other trip options. Make sure to write them in advance to secure a spot. We did not but were lucky to get a snowboard trainer organized last minute by the host. As a complete beginner (adult) I really liked the snowboard lessons and can highly recommend booking with them.

It was a wonderful place, very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, offering a warm welcome. We came here for a snowboarding trip, and it was a great choice. Definitely coming back here.
