The location is perfect for ski in and out of hotel. The staff are so lovely and helpful we keep going back (this was our 3rd visit). The buffet breakfast and dinner is amazing with so much variety.

Nice big rooms very comfortable and clean. The dinner package was great. The staff were very friendly. It’s only a 2-3 minute walk to clip your skis on and go down the hill.

Ideally located ski in ski out to ‘Heidi’s’ with several lifts spreading out to the mountain, including Lift No.1 to Madaro Kogen ski school etc… Staff were incredibly helpful with every request, the place was clean, warm, and quiet - perfect for our holiday (with 7yr old). Free shuttle bus up the hill to the main area was amazing too!

Good location for skiing, practically ski-in / ski-out. Very helpful staff, most had limited English but were very kind, especially Mr Noda, who is a real gentleman. The hotel is dated, but well kept. Public areas are a little cold, but the rooms were well-heated. Public bath was great after a day on the slopes and the private bath was a unique experience. Breakfast and dinner were the same everyday, but with a good selection of dishes to choose from. Hotel provided free pick up from and drop off at the bus stop.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Great breakfasts with Japanese and western options. Hotel shuttle picked us up and dropped us back at the bus stop. They were also happy to drop us at our ski hire spot. The onsen was great a day skiing.

The staff were so wonderful and friendly. The location is excellent - just a short walk to the ski runs. Loved the private onsen.

The onsen is ok. Fairly easy to get to and from the slopes. The staff is nice and helpful.

Absolutely loved this place, room was an excellent size loads of room best size I've ever had in Japan. The outdoor onsen was breathtaking when it snowed and every thing you needed was right there. Only thing was its a bit of a trek up to the main area restaurants etc but the hotel staff dropped us up at a restaurant for dinner we just stroled back down after and got very drunk in the karaoke room lol

The staff here were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us out. The rooms were beautiful, and the outdoor onsen was amazing.
