the hotel was a biiig surprise. I did not expect anything like that. An old villa, modern design in the center of Igoumenitsa. The owners are wonderful people. So helpful and caring. Highly highly recommended not only for one night stay. I couldn't have asked for more

“Excellent property and location just minutes from ferry port.”
Our ferry was late arriving but the host Dimitri very kindly waited for us to show us the apartment and hand over the keys.. Communication was excellent and the rooms were well equipped and very comfortable..

Lovely villa right near the center, very clean and spacious! We enjoyed our short stay and Mr Pitoulis is a wonderful host - we had a great communication and he’s such a nice person.

In a nutshell, great location, a great house with a great host, parking, and ideal cleanliness. It's a fantastic apartment! HUGE apartments! I'm really thankful to Dimitros for his hospitality and comfortable check-in. My huge family (6 people) enjoyed the area next to the house, especially my son, who enjoyed small singing birds. I enjoyed the parking in a gated area. House is located really good, on a quiet street but in a 3-5 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and the sea where you can find noise if you want. 10/10, I would like to go back to Dimitros someday.

This is an amazing property. It’s been renovated extremely well, respectfully and with great attention to detail and comfort. It’s very close to the shoreline and minutes from some good restaurants and bars. A great place stay.

Very particular and well furnished house, owner very helpful for any problem and excellent location, 100 meters from the seafront where there are many restaurants ... Very positive thing is the parking inside the property, highly recommended

“Demetri was the perfect host, having the whole upper floor to ourselves was luxury and secure parking too.”
The renovation of the property is stunning. The huge amount of space you get and the huge ceilings. It was absolute heaven.

“Perfect Stay in Igoumenitsa”
The house is beautiful and the flat was amazing with lovely wood floors and high ceilings. Lovely bathroom products. the little balcony was so pretty. The host was so kind and loves dogs - so it was great for me as I was travelling with my beloved pooch! I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended the place to friends. Loved it! Thanks so much for a great stay!

The mansion was gorgeous! Very aesthetic and eye pleasing. The owner is very friendly and kind, he made sure our stay was great. The inside is spacious and well cleaned, the bedrooms come with a fan and air conditioner, such good equipment for the hot days of Greece! The shower was great too, the water pressure is perfect. Overall a really good experience!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
