Fantastic and very friendly service.

The staff was very welcoming. I was allowed to park my bicycle inside. The breakfast was good It is easy to find and looks a bit old from the outside, but everything is clean and well maintained.

We arrived late, by bike, in bad weather, and were received with open arms, hot tea, a hot shower and a delicious tagine for dinner. Our short stay had everything we wished for - even heated beds for the unusually low temperatures. Breakfast was lovely, facilities are basic but great value for money. We enjoyed Motel Ain Mersa very much and highly recommend for travelers! ☀️

The hospitality was great, the room was ready and clean for us. If you are visiting during the cold, do not worry because the mattresses are heated, the AC has heating, and extra, thick blankets are provided. The food was very tasty as well, there was eggs, Moroccan tea, and msemmen.

Quirky with character

After a long 7-hour drive from the desert in Merzouga, we arrived in Ifrane—tired, hungry, and cold. It was only 4°C when we got there, and all we wanted was a warm place to rest. But instead, we were met with cold treatment. The man at the property asked for a marriage certificate. We didn’t have our Dutch document with us—but even if we had, he wouldn’t have been able to read it. Then they refused to let us stay. No refund. No cancellation. Just a flat-out rejection. We complained to Booking.com several times and eventually had to call them. But the damage was done. This is exactly why people use Booking.com—because they need a reliable place when far from home. Imagine if we had our kids with us. What then? Places like this should be removed. No one deserves to be left stranded in the cold after such a journey.

Incredibly friendly host who did whatever he could to make us feel at home. Warm welcome with Moroccan tea, home-grown fruits and nuts. Rooms may not be the most luxurious you’ll ever find, but definitely great value for money. Clean and spacious rooms.

“A very pleasant stay”

The stay was very pleasant, the Motel is well situated near Ifrane ,we very much appreciated the kindness and welcoming spirit of Mr Haddou and his staff, the night we spent there was in a very calm and beautiful environment ,the room is very clean ,with some very beautiful artisanal ornaments that represents the region ,there's also the artisanal shop that you can visit and might pick some very beautiful souvenirs from. Mr Haddou was so kind that he gave us some fruits for the road which we very much appreciated.

it was so beautiful experience, a motel in the middle of the nature, so calm , the staff were amazing, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the service was excellent, I recommend everyone wants a motel to go there, and if I have a chance to visit ifrane, I'll go there again for sure.

Locality of Ifrane is colder than other region in Maroco, there were nice warm electric blankets. We have spend there 1 night on our way to Fes, we came at midnight and they have waited for us. Nice breakfest outside. You can buy ceramics and other marocan special things there.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in any case or anything we were asking for. I Highly recommend this for a family trip. Very quiet place with a good overview of a large open green plains in summer and white in autum and winter seasons.
