There was a big difference in options for Moroccan and foreign clients ( i booked a room with balcony, yet i didn't get that), moreover, there are many taxes that will be added after check in, even though in website, it is mentioned that all taxes are included

Understaffed. One chap acting as receptionist, bar tender, porter and waiter. Check in took forever and felt chaotic. Not a pleasant experience all in all.
