The hosts came each morning with a basket of fresh, hot bread and pastries and other assorted breakfast items, and the fridge was pre-stocked with necessities. The view was breathtaking, and a lovely hiking trail through the mountains began immediately from the property. Watching the mists through the valleys was a delight. Our son (5) also loved that they had a donkey and chickens on the property <3

“Peak Experience”

This is the perfect location for any family or couple looking to have a very different experience than what you would expect from Tenerife. Up in the mountains, above the clouds, you get to see a beautiful landscape with marked walking paths from the apartment. Much to do on the grounds themselves, including a small pool, a nice donkey, and a nice chillout area. Freshly baked and delicious pastries are brought in the morning.

Excellent location, rural and quiet, yet all facilities are available and a short drive from both the mountains and the beach. The family that owns this business is extremely welcoming, helpful and kind! The place was spotless, and the breakfast was lovely. Would have stayed longer if we could :)

Exclusive location with spectacular views, and modern comfort: La Casita de Tila has it all! The house has a balcony accessible from the kitchen and a separate area with hammocks, a pool with mountain views and many walking paths departing directly from it. Equipement/decoration are recent and of high standard. Very nice owner, we were greeted with a large welcome pack with excellent local produce (fruit, cheese, honey, jam, peanuts, biscuits etc) and two bottles of wine. Breakfast was delivered to our door, with homemade pastries. The house is quite isolated but we tried the local restaurant (20 min walk) on the owners recommendation and it was great. The friendly house donkey is a plus if you like animals. :-) Unfortunately we decided to shorten our stay due to poor weather but we would love to come back on a nicer week.

The breakfast was delicious and the house was equipped with everything you would need. There's private parking. Also the pool was heated! The views and location were amazing.

“A peaceful oasis in nature”

We were overwhelmed by the touristic locations and were looking for a peaceful place in nature and we found it here. Such an amazing surprise. Locate at the end of a road in the countryside, this new nice curated apartment filled with local products hand warmly managed by Jose Louis, was one of the highlights of our trip. WiFi was strong so we could even work when needed.

This cottage is amazing if you love quietness and nature and the rural life in Tenerife. The check in was very friendly and nice. The appartment is very new and brings everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped. We mostly enjoyed the local products we got (very good wine, cheese, eggs, potatoes etc) and the amazing breakfast service with bread, sweets, croissants, orange juice etc. The area is remote and we loved the quiet mornings and nights. Totally recommended if you don’t like the touristic areas. A rental car is definitely recommended. Only 30 min to Teide Nationalpark.

“Peace and tranquility”

An experience of a real spanish hospitality. Directly opposite from a mass “5*” hotels on the beaches of Tenerife, this family offers peace and tranquility. High in the mountains you are surrounded by nature. They have a small pool which you can use for yourself. A welcome package includes some amazing local produce like wine, jams, potatoes etc. Fresh breakfast served directly at the door in the morning. The bed is extremely comfortable, although slightly wider one would be even more perfect. The view is worth all the money - both during day and night. We would love to come again here.

If you want to really experience something extra ordinary as a solo traveller or a couple, I can highly recommend this location and this lodging. The location is one of a kind, in the middle of silence and beautiful surroundings. Great for hiking or just be fully with nothing. The logging is very comfortable, modern and the host is very friendly and supporting, with great breakfast. The house has everything and more, even all kinds of complementary food and drinks, one of a kind. I will be back, you probably reckoned that from my review💫 enjoy!

Excellent location, tastefully decorated, clean accommodation with everything you need. Amazing view. Hiking pads next to the house. We got fresh bread, pastry, butter, jam, milk, orange juice and fresh eggs every day. José Luis is so sweet, he made sure that we have everything. I definitely wanna go back!!!!!

this place is really extraodrinary! the house is comfortable and super clean, and it’s located in a wonderful secluded area with some amazing hiking trails around. we got welcome gifts as shown on the pictures (local food products, wine, fresh fruits) + potatoes, fresh eggs and bread for breakfast everyday, so we basically didn’t need anything more, although there are some great restaurants in the towns nearby. the host was very nice and welcoming and ready to help with anything.
