Everything was perfect. Hosts very kind and professional. Beach was very close, sea view from terrace. Apartment has everything you need, kitchen was very good equipment, also iron and hair dryer.

Great location, very close to a quiet beach. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. There was a small boat construction site and some archaeological excavations in front, which were interesting but didn’t bother us. Overall a pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

Booked this apartment last-minute to extend our stay in Halkidiki region with 2 young children. Overall very satisfied with everything. The apartment was new, modern, well presented and comfortable. Insect screens meant we could get fresh air without being bitten at night, and AC was also very effective if needed. The outdoor area was ideal for sitting in the evening. Bathroom/shower facilities very good and clean. Parking was readily available off road, within eyesight of the apartment. The location is great, the beach is ~100m away yet the town with beach bars and restaurants is a short walk (we had an 8 month old in a pushchair and distances were fine but also far away enough that you wouldn't know they were there e.g. noise and people near the apartment are a minimum. If you look on Google Maps etc. you'll see the shipyard nearby, this may lead people to think its an industrial site, but I found it very fascinating to see the traditional craft in action, and any working noise was minimal and confined to the early part of the day. The beach is perfectly accessible and clean.

We loved this quiet place in Ierissos, the apartment was really comfortable, modern, with a lovely balcony with sea views, everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was also coffee for breakfast. Intructions for check-in were really clear and it worked well. Easy parking. Very nice owner who gave us an upgrade. Efkaristó polí!!! Good restaurants in the surroundings. Very convenient to visit Chalkidikí or Kavala.

The premises are in very good condition. Overall, it was very clean and comfortable.

“If there are no roadworks, this would be a perfect place to stay, in a perfect location.”

The property and location were perfect. Apart from the noise from the roadworks nearby, it did exceed our expectations. We would definitely stay again. The quality of the furniture, the cleanliness, the view from the balcony, the comfort of the bed...everything about the apartment was perfect. Also, the view of the sea was stunning, and it was only a short walk to the town and nice cafes with sunbeds on a family-friendly beach.

We have had a great time during our one week stay in one of the Marineiko's apartments. The house is in perfect location, just a few meters away from the seashore turning every breakfast on the veranda into the highlight of the day. Actually, the apartment and the location were exactly like in the pictures posted on the site, with the only mention that in real life things are even better. Everything is new, clean and in place, the kitchen also well equipped, wi-fi is decent, taverns and the beach are nearby, so that we missed almost nothing. Communication with the host was very good and I would like to thank Mr. Dimitris again for personally guiding us to the location. If you come to Ierissos you should also check the Dam Cafe Bar, the vibe there is just great.
