“A great vacation for families”

Our vacation was wonderful, from the location (splendid view) to host hospitality. The house is very close to the beach wich has facilities (sunbeds and umbrellas). Alexandros helped us with everything we needed without disturbing us. The location is near to allknown beaches. Conclusion: We strongly recommend the location for a peaceful and quiet journey.

Hosts are very hospitable and friendly. Alexandros, the owner, assisted even in organizing dinners, reserving a table in Pirgos restaurant in Ouranoupoli, which was great deal for quantity/quality/money. The location has marvelous view to the sea, with nearby private beach, umbrella and sunbeds. Quiet and relaxing place.

Very hospitable host. Will help with everything needed and always take care of guests It is very pleasant to spend your vacation at the villa. And I have never met such a friendly and always ready to help owner.

The locațion is fantastic. The beach is at two minutes walk, we enjoyed our privacy during swimming or sun bathing. There are also other beaches in the neiborhood in walk range. The Villa is spatious, confortable and well equiped, Very nice and friendly owners, We had an excelent vacation. For sure we will come again.

The place is really nice and the host and his family are very kind. The house is equipped with every necessary for the everyday life. The nearest town is just few minutes away by car. A beautiful and relaxing place and very near to the beach.

“It was great”

The villa is spatious, with a fantastic view of the sea. It has a beautiful terrace which is sunny in the morning (but you also have a table with chairs at the opposite side which is shady in the mornings, so you can have breakfast there if you want) and shady in the afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an electric range and oven, toaster, kettle and a very good refrigerator. Everything is new and perfectly clean. We drink greek coffee and there was a "gjezve" - we asked for a bigger one, we got one more. They provide kitchen towels, sponge, dishwashing liquid...The bathroom is great, there is a new washing machine (bring your detergent). Sleeping is organized upstairs (one double bed and one twin) and downstairs (one double and two twin beds), but not at the ground floor, so if you need to go to the toilet or to the kitchen during the night you have to take the spiral stairs. The matrasses downstairs are a bit thin, the one upstairs is good. There is a free parrking space. The owners live next door and they are a fantastic family with two great kids. There are two chairs and two umbrellas at the beach, but they gave us a third chair as well. The beach is one of the best beaches I have seen, sand outside and inside, cristal clear water. Sometimes it is windy and there are waves, so if you don't like that you can go to the other side (Xiropotamos beach) to avoid them. Ierissos is 5 km from the villa (there is a Lidl and Massoutis there). Once more, we have never had such great hosts. Thank you.

“Great villa for a relaxing vacation with your family, close to the quiet beach.”

The villa itself is really really good. The bottom floor bedroom is great for a good night sleep, it's cold, dark and spacious. There is a gallery above a living room (upper floor) where our kids could play. There are two outdoor dinning tables, which is great as you can choose based on the morning / afternoon shade. The owners live in the villa next door. They are very social and were accessible for anything we needed.

The house is located 2 minutes away from the beach and it overlooks the sea. The house is specious and fully equipt for you to feel at home away from home. As well it is very close to Ierissos, where you can find bars, restaurants, Lidl and Masoutis. Me and my family has been going on a holiday in Greece for the past 11 years in a different cities and this is the best place that we have ever been. The host Alexi and his family are wonderful people, always there to help you. Thank you for everything!

The host is awesome, we felt extremely comfortable, as if we were visiting a dear friend. The villa looks great, clean and comfortable, the beach (private) is close, water was great.

The house was lovely and well-kept, the stunning view from the house was looking at the sea, the location of the villa was really convinient as the walk from the house to the beach was for about 5 minutes and the hosts were extremely kind and ready to help you with whatever you need.

The house is lovely and well kept. What makes it a special place is the location and the fantastic view from the terrace. Topping everything are the hosts, Alex with his family. Alex is the kindest, most hospitable person, always keen on helping and on offering tips. We loved every minute of it

“Excellent family vacation!”

Great location, very close to the beach. The view is amazing. Waking up every morning and seeing the see in front of you is like a dream. The place is easy to reach, parking the car in front of the house is convenient and useful. The neighbors are quiet, the town is only 5 minutes away by car and there you can find everything - shops (Masoutis/Lidl), restaurants (Zorbas is very good!), pharmacies, bakeries, etc. The hosts are great - friendly and hospitable - will tell you stories about nearby sights and guide you to good restaurants and shops. There is no issue with the water pressure in the bathroom, unlike so many other places close to the beach in Greece. It was clean and cosy. Well equipped kitchen, where you can cook your own meals and eat them on the veranda with a great sea view. Altogether very pleased with the experience. Recommended!

“A relaxing time in Ierissos”

Together with my boyfriend we spent a lovely vacation at Villa Katevi. From the moment of our arrival until the end of our stay we felt welcomed and taken care by Alex and his family. The villa itself was clean and equipped with everything you need. The vue of the sea and Mount Atos was breathtaking. The beach was private, so it was not crowded and the water was cristal clear. Alex was kind enough to let us borrow sunbeds and umbrellas also to share with us information about the history of the place, of what we should visit and what is worth to see. He and his wife were extremely helpful and nice with us. It was cozy, calm and relaxing. If you are looking for such kind of vacation where you are among the nature enjoying the peace and the silence but not too far from the town then I strongly recommend you to pick Villa Katevi. You will not regret.
