“Nice appartment close to the sea”
It was clean, very nice, 15 minutes walk from the center, owner nice gave us info about the area and restaurants, beaches , bars. We had a lot of goodies (water juice raki coffee) as welcome pack.

Fabulous attentive hosts. Comfortable apartment with every facility you could possibly need. Fantastic location beside the sea. We really enjoyed our stay at Tzoka Studio and will definitely be back!

“Memorable one-week stay in Ierapetra and a good base for excursions in eastern Crete”
The studio is located on the ground floor and about 40 m away from the beach with the entrance facing east. You are literally seconds away from the sea. Nice. Parking space was always available directly in front of the entrance door. Very convenient. The property was clean and quiet with all amenities needed. The host was very nice and helpful with any requests.

Overall, the apartment is in great condition. From there it's just a couple of meters to the sea or to a supermarket. Around 15 min are needed to get to the harbor on foot. The owners were super friendly and helpful

Very clean and exactly as pictured! The owners are extremely helpful and accommodating. A few steps from the sea. Cretan hospitality at its best!
