One of the best equipped homes ordered via booking.com. All that is necessary for life is available. Indeed a quiet place (in April) we met with an extremely friendly lady living downstairs. Not far away from the city centre, beach and central boulevards.

Perfectly located with lots of space and private parking. The house is huge (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balconies, huge kitchen and living room), and fully equiped. New and perfectly placed A/Cs throughout the premises.

“Quiet”
We had a delightful stay at this property. The host was genuinely kind and welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home. The house itself was absolutely clean, spacious, with big balconies, and the kitchen came exceptionally well-equipped. As Greek towns usually tend to be noisy, this particular neighborhood is really quiet. Kids friendly. Тhere is a nice swing on the terrace. The property has private parking, but also there is plenty of parking space around. About 10 min walk to the center. A special thanks to the host for the complementary water, breakfast supplies and all the other small things. Highly recommended for long stay when visiting Ierapetra! We would love to visit the place again.

“Excelllent accomodation in Ierapetra during a 2 week trip to Crete with 2 kids”
We were at the end of the tour of Crete and it was a plus to have a very spacious house available to eat sometimes, as an alternative to the taverns (the kitchen is well-stocked and very convenient for cooking) or to rest on the terrace where there is also a comfortable rocking chair. Positive surprise is the possibility of leaving the car in the courtyard of the villa, this space is also available. Markets, bar and downtown are at 10 minutes walk. The hosts are very friendly and gave us useful information about the area, beaches, taverns and excursions (nice visit to the Sarakina gorge, not for small children). Now the holiday is over: we wish to come back soon to Crete!
