An exceptional experience - simply perfect! The staff was professional, kind, and very welcoming, and the atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant and relaxing from the very first moment. The view was amazing, the room was spacious, beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the dining room was excellent, with high-quality and varied food. In addition, the private pool in the room was a perfect size and added so much to the experience. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely love to come back again 😊

“A perfect luxury place to stay.”

A great location right across from its own private beach. Set on a hillside, higher rooms are accessed by steps or a slope but the staff will take you up and down on a buggy if you want. Every single member of staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean. The bed was very big and comfortable. We had a terrace with swim up pool which was amazing. There was a stunning view of the beach and countryside and mountains from our 7th floor room. Very comfortable sun loungers and beach towels provided. We were given complimentary gifts and a cake as it was a Birthday. The breakfast and dinner were very good. Lots of variety to choose from and all very fresh and tasty. Staff were cleaning constantly and quick to bring us drinks. We had lunch at the pool bar which was nice and a reasonable price.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and very comfortable room with its own pool as well as a very private and quiet pool beside the bar. Food was excellent and we had a perfect few days.

“Five star stay at a fantastic resort”

This was the last place we stayed on a three month trip to Europe and it was by far the best! Everything we experience was first class- a great location on a fabulous beach with stunning views from the room and pool areas. The room was modern and comfortable and cleaned well every day. The food was amazing! We are not normally fans of buffets but the flavours, freshness and variety meant we ate way too much at every meal! The staff are all so lovely- from the sweet lady on the omelet station who greets you with a big smile every morning to the professional and welcoming greeting and service you get upon arrival at reception everyone is wonderful- wait staff, housekeeping, concierge. We were so sad to leave after our week here, hopefully we will get a chance to return one day

“There is a potential”

The hotel has a great location, just in front of the sea, looks like it been renovated not that long ago, the room I had was spacious, clean design. Dinner was good, lots of options and tasty.

The hotel was very nice with very comfortable furnishings. The sundowners on the balcony of the room was a lovely touch. The beach area and bar was very close to the hotel. The food and service was very good, even when busy. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. We enjoy a very relaxing holiday in a great hotel a short walk from town.

• The beach was absolutely stunning with crystal-clear water – it felt like a dream. • The pool and beach area were fantastic, with great music and a lovely atmosphere. • Great sea view! • The cleaning staff were very kind and welcoming. • The food was excellent, with plenty of variety, especially for vegetarians. • One of the waiters (with long hair) was exceptionally friendly and helpful. • On arrival, we appreciated the birthday cake for my partner, and the buggy driver who took us to the room was very kind and helpful. • The night reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

Very good breakfast and dinner buffé. I'm usually not a fan of dinner buffés but this was better than normal 5 star hotel buffe´s in Greece. Amazing and friendly staff as well :)

“Excellent value, perfect for a sunny relaxed week away”

Room was spacious, modern with swim up pool and amazing views of the sea and mountains. Beach is very quiet with great sunbeds, beach bar has everything you need. Beach is accessed by a modern underpass with lift access if required. Local town of Lerapetra is a nice 45 minute stroll away, town centre has everything you need plus some good shopping. It was my birthday midway through our week stay and the staff brought a cake to our room and even sang 'Happy Birthday' All the staff were attentive and very friendly, all went the extra mile. Breakfast and evening meals are a buffet style with different choices daily, very well cooked.
