“Needs maintenance and better cleaning”
The person I talked on the phone was polite and easy to find. The key broke on the door when we tried to get inside and he fixed it quick within an hour when we told him the issue.. The location is great and the view amazing..

“Nice one room apartment with sea side view close to Ierapetra, with wonderful balcony.”
This is a nice spacey apartment with kitchen and a beautiful balcony with a view on the sea, just on the other side of the road. On the beach there is also a taverna which offers excellent food with daily specials, based on the Cretan kitchen. I was here with exceptionally bad weather, but it must be superb in May, June and September with the sea so close by. Ierapetra is walking distance and the apartment was cleaned every two days. The shower was very comfortable.

“Nice And Quiet!”
The apartment is quiet, big and very comfortable. Kitchen and fridge went beyond expectations as well as the beds! As we got there the host (Dimitri) did welcome us in a very nice way, inviting us for some Raki at the beach restaurant which is across the street. We had a very good time!

The apartment is very large, the sheets were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony with a sea view is perfect for breakfast and coffee. The owner is very helpful and nice.

“Facilities could be better BUT great location”
the location was great right across the road from the beach and a lovely taverna all across the road. An easy and pleasant walk along the sea to the town Centre, shops and eateries. Wi-Fi was good when there was power.

“Handy enough to all south of Crete's amenities”
The location was very close to all of Ierapetra's amenities and in front of the main beach. Restaurant - a tavern in front of the facilities looked very nice however we did not go there. Comfortable beds and basic furniture included are essential but enough for a short holiday. The reception staff is useful and friendly. Good level of cleanliness, linen is changed every three days. Good value for money.

It's a traditional Greek self contained apartment that was very clean the host was very friendly even bringing fruit to the room for us on arrival the location was exactly what we required would definitely stay here again
