Everything was just great. Despite we arrived late due to the extreme wheather condition in Slovenia at that time, they were so kind and waiting for us patiently. And of course cognac on the table was a real surprise after the long journey. Next surprise was the view from the window when we woke up in the morning. Horses on the yard, cottage surrounded by the mountains and sound of the river flowing by the side was fascinating. And last but not least, homemade syrup was given during our departure was tasty.

Everything was very good, we ended up staying there for two nights. The location was perfect for our visit to the tons of places that Idrija offers. The owner is super friendly and kind. There is a private parking under a typical toplar. The beds are comfy, the kitchen has lot of utensils you might need to prepare your breakfast or to cook (pans, cutlery, fridge and freezer, cooker, cups and mugs, an Italian coffeemaker, tea, plus soap, sponge and cloth to wash the dishes), there are a table and a sofa, plus lot of hangers.. There is also a TV - this is not something we need or use, but someone might want it.
