Everything:) the view is fantastic and the studio is so lovely! It's well equipped, there is nothing we couldn't find with very important details. The bed was comfortable and it was amazing sleeping with the waves sound. Definitely I would like to rebook if I am in back in Tenerife.

It was a wonderful experience completed by the amazing view and sounds of waves. The building is surrounded by parkings.

Perfect apartment. Beautiful view, peaceful location, very helpful and friendly host. The attention to detail makes the apartment a real home from home, although it is small, it has everything you need for a long stay. I don’t drive, so being right across the street from the bus stop, which takes you into Icod in around 10 minutes, was very handy. The host provided lots of useful local information, and was extremely helpful in allowing both an early check in and later check out. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The flat was very well equipped, there was everything you’d need. Juana was very helpful and friendly. The view was stunning, eating breakfast at the terrace with a view on the bey and cliffs is the best way to start your day on this magical island. There’s not much around in the town but it’s quiet and lovely

many minor details which made the vacation much more comfortable. even cannot think of what is missing in this place. beach downstairs is not famous but much better than the ones we went by car

We had the most wonderful time at this apartment! Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean waves was an absolute dream with the balcony door open and the light shutters closed. Mornings were a delight, enjoying coffee and breakfast on the balcony while soaking in the breathtaking views. Evenings were equally magical, savoring drinks and snacks as we watched the sun set behind the hills of the bay The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The bathroom, complete with a washing machine, made our stay incredibly convenient. Additionally, the kitchen had all the essentials. Overall, our experience here was nothing short of fantastic. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

Beautiful view, very clean and lots of appliances and complementary items for the bathroom and the kitchen. One of the best apartment I’ve ever been for this very economic price. Super recommended.

“Fantastic place to stay”

We just back home after two weeks holiday in Marine Studio and Im still impresed by how lovely, very clean and very well equiped this apartament is. It is in quiet location so you can relax there and great base to strat exploring the island from. View from the balcony and the sound of the see is fantastic (and the roosters too lol), missing it already. Thank you very much- loved our time there

“Exceptionally good apartment”

This is very well decorated, well equipped, homely, top (6th) floor studio apartment. Comfortable double bed with good quality bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with 4-ring hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. On arrival there was complimentary water, olives, and a selection of cakes/biscuits. There was also a wide selection of tea bags, which I enjoyed trying out! The TV is a large flat screen and has a variety of channels, and access to Netflix was available. The WiFI quality was reliable. The shower was great - good pressure hot water, and shampoo, etc supplied. Nice soft towels. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. There is also a washing machine (with instruction booklet in the apartment). The owner, Juana, met me at the apartment block entrance to hand over the key, and despite not being able to speak each others language, we got by. She was very attentive and helpful. The location is on a relatively quiet bay, served by an hourly bus. The larger town of Icod is a great base for travelling to other parts of the island. I didn't hear the neighbours, so the soundproofing must have been reasonably good, but, as in other reviews, the cockerel up on the hill starts up as early as 5am. And, the main feature, is the fantastic view from the balcony, particularly lovely as the sun sets.
