James (and his dog Nick) are the most relaxed hosts I have ever met. We liked his adventurous approach to the breakfast creation surprising us with interesting combinations of local ingredients. The view from the terrace was amazing.

Everything was just perfect. The house was clean and cosy with everything you need. On top a large rooftop terace with a view of the volcano on one side and the ocean on another. Breakfast was really good and diverse with lots of local fruits,cheeses,marmelades,... James (the owner) was very kind and helpful in every way. Thank you again for everything! An absolute hidden gem! James is incredibly friendly and generous, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Every morning, we were treated to a wonderfully prepared breakfast that left nothing to be desired. The rooftop terrace is a dream, offering a beautiful view – perfect for starting or ending the day in peace. The location is quiet and inspiring, ideal for anyone looking to take a break from daily life. James was always there to offer advice and provided us with excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. The warm, family-like atmosphere was particularly impressive – you truly feel at home here. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return anytime!

James prepares breakfast himself everyday and its awesome! He even takes requests :) James lives at the property, so he was able to help us with any questions any time of the day. We were also allowed to make ourselves sandwiches and cereals anytime. There was also fresh local fruit to eat. Location is beautiful with nice view down towards the sea and up towards the volcano. If you rent a car, make sure you are able to climb the steep hill from the village up to his house. Nick the dog also lives there. He was very calm and nice. I havent hear him bark. We were also able to use the washing machine to wash our clothes.

Excellent location for our requirements, quiet area with access to good local restaurants and bars. The roof terrace was lovely looking out to sea and mountains. The host was very welcoming and made a good breakfast.

For us, the location was ideal as we like to be away from the main tourist centres. James made us very welcome and we felt very at home. He was very accommodating with regard to breakfast needs and times. On the day of departure our flight wasn't until the evening and we were able to stay until later in the day which was very helpful.

The amazing terrace, the view to the south of the Teide and to the north of Tenerife’s “Almalfi” coast. Fantastic breakfast with the other guests on the roof, sampling great local cheeses & fresh (insecticide free) fruits and local specialities. Excellent host James, always ready to help (collected us from the local restaurant for example). The bed was very comfortable (after a week of trekking on La Gomera).

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Salvia in Icod, Tenerife, and I must say it was a truly splendid experience. The location, nestled in the mountains, offered breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. The host, James, was top-notch and ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight of the stay, however, was the roof terrace, which offered a magnificent view of the mount Teide and nature. To top it off, James served an excellent breakfast on the terrace, which was the perfect start to each day of our stay. What's more, the B&B is conveniently located not far from natural pools, which were a major draw for us. The natural pools offered a unique and beautiful way to experience Tenerife's natural beauty, and it was well worth the visit. Last but not least, Nicolas, the resident dog, was a friendly and well-behaved companion during our stay. Having a pet around added to the overall warm and welcoming atmosphere of the B&B. Overall, I would highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast to anyone looking for a tranquil and beautiful stay in Tenerife. From the stunning views to the top-notch hospitality, it was an unforgettable experience that I would love to repeat."

The house is really beautiful and the terrace is amazing - you can see both Teide and sea from here! Room was very nice, clean and well equipped. James is very kind, friendly and helpful person. He prepared lovely breakfasts for us and was ready to help us with anything. It took around 15-20minutes to get to beautiful towns such as Garrachico or Los Silos.

James was super nice and hospitable host. The location was excelent for the exploration of north of the island and also with the great view on Teide and ocean from sunny terrace.There was always really nice breakfast with lots of options. Next time in Tennerife we will visit again.
