We rented the two bedrooms appartment. The owner Nada sent us detailed information for entry with use of a code lock, the day of our arrival, but was available when we arrived and so she showed us the appartment and handed the keys herself. The instructions also included instructions where to park for luggage (un)loading and parking for the whole stay was provided (and included in the price) in a nerby camp some 4 mins walk from the appartment. The rooms vere nicely prepared, very clean. The kitchen equipped with everything we needed for our 1-week stay, towels and toileteries available as described. For warm days, there is a table outside the appartment to enjoy the meals. The location is perfect for reaching the Lungomare walk (Obalno šetalište franje josipa I) with many picturesque small stone beaches. Nada adviced us where to go for a nice swim. The only small inconvenience was the road that is quite busy and might be a little disturbing for light sleepers (but it was quiet most of the night).

Nice and cozy apartments, modern locks + tv. The neighbours didn't disturb our rest there. Bakery + shop are close, as the the beach and a couple of food places, and a bar.

Mrs. Nada is a great host. We loved the apartment and the location, very suitable for visiting the nearby beaches and dine out in Opatija. We travel with our dog and we felt very welcome. There are several dog beaches nearby. We'll surely be back.

It was wonderful! Next year we will return to the same place, to Mrs. Gobac 💕 The apartment house is located on the street, everything is close: port, beach, bars and Lungomare promenade 😍 You cross the street and you have everything! Apartment very well equipped and very clean. Mrs. Gobac, the owner, lives in the same building, which is very important. She is a nice, very helpful lady :) She hosted us with wine and sweets for our son. Our son calls her "grandma" 🥰 We love this place and recommend it!

“Nice appartement in front of the sea”
A very nice (kids and dog friendly) host and a wonderful, well equipped appartment. Just a few steps to the sea. We enjoyed our stay in the easter holidays. A good location for making tours along the coast.
