Great central location to explore the entire Istra County and even an easy commute to Slovenia and Trieste Italy. Mirna the host, was terrific always accommodating as we were her guests for over 40 nights. The apartment had everything you needed for such a long stay with a bonus private off street parking provided at the door

Great apartment where we stayed for 3 weeks to have wonderful holidays near the sea. Appartment is very clean, comfortable, with a very nice backyard and barbecue facilities. Beach can be reached by stairs in 5 minutes. As well as restaurants, bars and child’s playground. Appartment also has parking. Special thank you to the appartment owner hospitality!

The appartment is fully equipped very clean and with a very kind host. We also had parking and nearby a restaurant, a grocery and of course within a simple walk the sea. Beside there was coffe, refreshment offered for us.

“Cosy apartment close to the beach and Lungomare with a wonderful garden”
We loved the green garden with the barbecue. The rooms were cosy and the beds were very comfortable. Mirna was very kind and helpful. Her trip suggestions made our stay even more memorable. The beach and the local supermarket are just a few minutes away. There was parking possibility in front of the entrance door within the private property.

“Cute little shelter to have a private holiday near to the beach”
The owner is wonderful! Mirna helped us with everything. We could reach her 24/7. Very kind and flexible! She offered us to delay our stay by one day because the weather was awful, cold and rainy. She waited us with a little surprise on the kitchen desk. Even prepaired a list of sightseeings she recommended. She texted us where to eat, what other nice things to do in the near cities. She is amaizing! The apartman is close to the beach, around 100 m, 5 mins by walk. It is spacey and very clean and neat. There are extra beddings and some board games in a box. There are 2 small towels and one big for one person, they are folded precisely. Some small packages of shower gels and soaps provided. The kitchen is well equipped. The matrasses in the bedroom are comfortable. There is a tv with netflix and youtube in the common area. Outside there is a little garden with chairs and a table and some cute neighbour cats. 😻 It is possible to see the see between the trees. We spent a beautiful few days here!

“Most amazing summer vacation in Icici”
Our stay at this apartment was absolutely delightful. We felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. The space was immaculate, tranquil, and cozy, with all the amenities one could want in a vacation rental. Our host was exceptional, incredibly kind, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to provide excellent recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. We only wish we could return again soon.

Mirna was a great host, she tended to our every request. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped. The location was good, just a short walk away from the beach. There inflatables and desk games for us to enjoy.

“Highly recommend the apartment near the sea!”
We enjoyed this apartment. It was clean and comfortable. You can find everything that you need in the apartment. Close to the sea, good small garden with BBQ zone. Also, Mirna is an amazing host!
