“Superbe”
I stayed for one night as I was transiting between places. The room was comfortable, much more than I imagined. There was many parking spots and the breakfast was simple but tasty. Also the facility was quiet and clean

Owner very friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and good size. Free breakfast, which is very helpful because the location is a little far from the Station.

Clean and comfortable, no frills. The lighting in the room was great, much better than some other business hotels I've stayed in. I had to leave too early to catch the free breakfast, but I like that it was included!

“Adequate Stay for Solo Travelers in Ichinoseki”
Pleasantly surprised. I was worried this place might be a bit sketchy based on the pictures, but it's actually quite clean. My room was conveniently located right in front of the washers and dryers--which are a luxury in Japan--so I took advantage of that. The room is small but clean and adequately comfortable for solo travelers.
