Compact but very clean rooms that are all detached, so no noise from neighbours. Very smooth check in and check out systems and great location.

“I can fully recommend this hotel chain – I would gladly stay here again anytime.”
This was already my second stay at a hotel of this chain, and once again I was not disappointed. The concept of converting containers into rooms works perfectly in my opinion. The layout is very well thought out, and the furnishings are modern and in excellent condition. The bathroom also offers plenty of space. What I liked the most, however, were the beds – I rarely slept so well. Another nice feature is that upon arrival you can choose from several frozen meals, which can be quickly prepared in the microwave in your room.

“Nice place to stay close to the beach in Ichinomiya”
I enjoyed my second stay at Coff Ichinomiya. Domo Arigato to the friendly helpful staff. Last time I stayed in the 2 story shipping container, this time I stayed in the one story shipping container. Both comfortable but there is no kitchen in the smaller/cheaper room, its like a regular tokyo hotel room, maybe bigger than you've experienced or smaller depending on your experiences. The bed can easily fit 2 people no problem. There is a microwave and a kettle and a fridge. I had a car, so buying food at the Sendo supermarket and microwaving was no problem if it was food that needed heating. The reception area has everything for making coffee and other stuff. If you don't have a car, there is a family mart convenience store an easy 15 minute walk each way, flat surface, no hills.

“Comfort close to the Sea”
I stayed in a 2 story room constructed from 5 shipping containers. The whole resort and room is very tidy. There is a kitchen you can prepare meals and a good size fridge. It is only a short walk a a quiet beach with fun waves, which is why i stayed here. The room is really comfy and nice, I was very happy. The staff were friendly and special thankyou to Natsumi for her excellent english language skills and thankyou so much for organising surfboard storage for me, I really appreciated your help. Looking forward to staying here again in September : )

“Lovely neat and cute resort near the ocean”
Neat and clean, has a kitchenette which is a bonus. Love the outdoor jacuzzi. Great location , a few mins walk to beach.
