It is strategically located in the center of Ica city, 8 mins walk from Cruz del Sur terminal in Ica and you can get a tuk2 right on the street of the hostel. Groceries, food stores and transportation are very accessible from the hostel.

Host is really nice and friendly :) He let me know about the Ica and food around hostel. Hostel is clean and bed is big! Recommended it

The best place to stay in Ica! The hostel is run by two brothers, both super friendly, welcoming and with super good vibes! They studied tourism, which is a big plus because they gave us an excellent introduction to the city, explained the main spots, and recommended amazing local places to eat at very affordable prices. On our first night, one of them gave us a pisco masterclass—he explained how to drink it properly, we mixed cocktails, and ended up having a fun night with lots of shots and games together with other guests (all for free!). The hostel itself is very clean and well organized, with super comfortable beds. It has a fridge and a microwave (no kitchen, but that’s not an issue since eating out in Ica is very cheap). The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the bus station and the city center. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!

“Amazing owners, comfortable rooms and cool rooftop lounge”

The owners were absolutely spectacular and were extremely welcoming. The rooms were great and even though it was a 16 bed dorm the way it was designed minimised the noise and allowed me to get a very good sleep. Would definitely stay again!

Super friendly hosts. Very welcoming. Explained everything you could do whilst in Ica and didn't oversell any personal tours. Very clean!!! Comfy beds. Roof terrace. Place to wash and hang clothes. There is no kitchen, but a place to cut food and a microwave. Free drinking water :) Hosts also suggest local cheap eateries :) oh, and football on TV! NICE :) GRACIAS

Great location, a 5 minute walk from major bus stations. Facilities were clean and secure. Beds were comfortable. It can get a bit hot during the day (as the location is next to the dessert!) Staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help me.

The location is good, near the bus station. The staff are super nice and helpful. They gave me a map and introduced the city, the nearby restaurant, transportation and attractions to me upon my arrival. It helps a lot. The room and bathroom is clean and spacious. After check out, there is free luggage storage and can pay 5 soles for a shower before taking the night bus.

The hosts were very nice, I felt welcome like at home! Very clean place, there is everything you need, like a hair dryer, microwave, a nice terrace and pisco 😊 I loved it

Great place to stay, spacious, clean, lovely rooftop terrace, friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to everything and they will tell you info for things in the city of restaurants to go etc.

“Hostel with great vibe and lovely owner!”

Ica Wasi is an awesome place to relax, meet great people and use as a base to see the sights in the area. It was so good that I ended up staying a night longer than I'd planned. I visited Huacachina and the local bodegas (wineries)! The owner, Yoship, was exceptionally kind and helpful, with all kinds of useful tips and options for seeing the sights no matter what your budget. I would strongly recommend staying here if you're planning to visit Ica!

Everything! Giancarlo and Yoship are amazing! The well-being of their guests is VERY important for them. I learned to make Pisco sours!😁 Got to spend a great day and night at el Dia del Pisco with them and their friends! The best hostel for me on my trip to Peru! I actually believe I made new friends with them! Gracias!✌️

“Best hostel in Lima”

Host Jan Carlos gave a very informative introduction to Ica with a free personalised map showing local places of interest, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The location was excellent - 5 minutes walk from the historic centre and restaurants yet not on a main road so much quieter than some hostels in Ica. A taxi to Huacachina is just 7.50 Soles and ive never stayed in such a clean hostel. Although there is no kitchen there is an area with microwave, cutlery and crockery within the rooftop bar / chill out area where you can bring your own beer and food to the large fridge provided. There is free water and the showers were hot and with good pressure. Jan Carlos definitely gets 5 stars for being the most friendly, helpful and kind host.
