Accurately described location and facilities. Near to a lot of eateries in ibiza town, which is exactly what we wanted. 2 mins from the bus stop. All facilities nearby. Room was clean and big, and the bathroom was also a big size. Balcony was a great touch. Full length mirror was also nice. The best part was Jake, who greeted us the reception and was super friendly and helpful with everything - hotel amenities and ibiza town reccomendations. He helped us rent a scooter and answered all our questions with a smile. The other staff were also equally helpful. Jake told us that they could heat whatever we needed in a microwave, which was super helpful. The hotel had the option to drink water at the reception and a cup of coffee on check in. The whole place felt welcoming and catered around a good holiday for its customers.

Arne and Jake were really great hosts - home away from home! Bed was super-comfy, everything clean, good water pressure in the shower, calm balcony, no noise from outside was recognizable. Location just awesome! Would come back in a heartbeat❤️

The staff went over and above to make us comfortable. We were allowed to store our bags and they made a room available for us early, because I wasn’t feeling well. They were more than helpful, allowing us to use their chill out space whilst we worked out or onward travel plans. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and well equipped.

The accomodation was beyond for the price. I booked it as our flight got cancelled and needed somewhere close and cheap for a night. We had a crummy day after waiting for the flight, for them to then close the gates before us and about 50 passangers could get boarded (bogratair for you, will be leaving another review elsewhere for ryanair later). After having to book a new flight for the following day (almost as much as the whole original holiday) We were very happy to arrive at emergency hotel, 15min from airport in Ibiza town. A 10 min walk to the beach and 10 min the other way to old town The staff went above and beyond to help and very pleasant. I forget the chaps name that booked us in (could be Zak?) but he was extremely helpful and nice. Despite a previous review, the bed was definitely the right way round and it suited the side I sleep 😁

Great location. Fairly good room size, although some underlying design issues (a very narrow corner to get into my preferred side of the bed, and the shower design meant splashing outside it was inevitable). Room service every day. Friendly staff overall.
