The accommodation itself matched the description and the facilities were satisfactory. From that perspective, I have no major complaints. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly affected by the staff, who came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. Communication was not welcoming, and throughout my stay I did not feel comfortable or at ease when interacting with them. It is a pity that, despite delivering the services as advertised, the accommodation lacked a professional and hospitable approach toward guests.

“Amazing location and stunning view”
Prefect location, few steps from the beach/sea, many bars and restaurants nearby and ferry to/from Formentera on your doorstep. The staff is friendly, welcoming and professional, the hotel is new, well decorated and has really good facilities. Room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable - amazing views and food on the terrace.

One of the best hotels — with some of the best service — that I have ever experienced. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The beds were extremely comfortable, the internet connection was excellent, and the rooftop pool with its stunning views was truly a highlight of the hotel. The property is located directly on the beach, and the views from the rooms were absolutely beautiful. I would especially like to praise the staff and service, which were exceptional throughout our stay. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday during this trip, and the hotel prepared an amazing surprise for her — sparkling wine, snacks, and balloons in the room. Highly recommended — we would happily stay here again.

“Amazing stay in the middle of everything.great value”
Loved the property,it was very clean and only 15 minutes from the airport. We enjoyed the pool,free welcome drinks at the rooftop bar. We enjoyed the sauna on our last day and the late check out was complimentary. The breakfast was very good. We can’t wait to return.

“Unforgettable three nights, welcomed by a wonderful and attentive team.”
The room was perfect, a wonderful space to relax after our explorations of the beautiful nature of Ibiza. The staff were absolutely attentive and kind, i was surprised to greeted in Swedish at the front desk. At arrival we were even welcomed with a drink in the rooftop bar with a view of the ocean. The room was well looked after, very clean, modern and equipped with all you might need. Some things we hadn’t even thought of ourselves! The bed was incredible, the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on in a hotel! Also, it smells like a spa everywhere! Would definitely come back anytime.
