I would give this hotel a minus rating if I could. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had staying anywhere, and I strongly advise people to avoid this place completely. First of all, the photos advertised online are extremely misleading. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures they use to promote it. The entire place was filthy, poorly maintained, and honestly disgusting from the moment we arrived. The staff were unbelievably rude and completely unhelpful throughout our stay. The worst part was when my friend and I were locked outside the hotel for over an hour with absolutely no way to contact anyone. No one answered calls or messages, and we were left standing outside late at night feeling genuinely frightened and unsafe. When we finally managed to get back inside, the conditions were shocking. There was mould in the room, used toothbrushes left behind, empty bottles, and general dirt everywhere. It was clear the room had not been cleaned properly at all. The hygiene standards were absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the hotel has several flights of stairs and no lift, with no assistance offered by staff despite us struggling with luggage. The entire experience felt careless, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service. In the end, my colleague and I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we had no choice but to book alternative accommodation, which cost us an additional €300 out of our own pockets. Despite everything that happened, the hotel refused to offer any refund or compensation whatsoever. I am not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, but people genuinely need to be warned about this place. It was an awful experience from start to finish, and in my opinion, this hotel should not be operating in its current condition.

The hotel room was very small. It felt like a store cupboard! For four nights we paid over £500. There was a shared bathroom which was clean and a very good shower. The location is excellent but overall I recommend people spend their money elsewhere as this place overpriced and the rooms are very small.

The location is superb. Right next to the Old Town and the seafront. Plenty of restaruants within a few minutes walk. Room was quirky, comfortable bed and had decent view of Old Town. Try out Hostal Parque for simple breakfast (1 min walk) or Nude Cafe for the most fantastic breakfasts (6-7 min walk)

Very characterful boutique hotel. Beautifully decorated with great style. Lovely location overlooking the pedestrian square with lots of restaurants and cafés. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. A kettle and cups in room were a real bonus - not very common in Spanish hotels.

✨ From the airport, it’s just a quick €20 taxi ride to this charming guesthouse in Ibiza’s Old Town! I stayed in a lovely vintage-style room with a comfy queen bed and private bathroom. 🌿 Everything was within walking distance — Dalt Vila, great restaurants, shopping streets, and even the harbor for the Formentera ferry (€34 adult one way ticket)🚶‍♀️🛥️ To the beach "Figueretas" approx. 15 min to walk. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Luis, the owner, carried my suitcase up to the 3rd floor (no lift!) and shared amazing local tips — plus gifted me a sweet Ibiza-themed CD to take the island vibes home. 🎶💛 If needed you can leave your luggage after check-out time at the reception. I absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely be booking again!

Great wee spot in Ibiza Town, with a single room looking onto Dalt Vila - laying in bed looking out at that view is a winner. It could be noisy for some with the street it was looking onto, but if you're easy with that like I am, absolutely fine. Quirky wee place, I'd definitely come back. Also the bonus of having a cute wee dog onsite - morning welcome from her.

Ester, on reception, was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. The location of the property is excellent, the rooms delightfully quirky, and I felt safe as a solo female. The security code and key card system worked very well and allowed freedom to come and go at all times. I had room 3, which had an amazing view of Dalt Villa and overlooked cafes that gave a vibrant atmosphere.
