What we liked the most was the exceptional service at the reception, the staff were incredibly helpful and really paid attention to every detail. They always offered the best options and useful advice, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, very safe, and with a beautiful view. We stayed in a sea-view room, which was definitely worth it. Overall, everything was just as expected or even better. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We really liked the location, although not right in town, it was a nice 10 minute walk to Ibiza Town Centre. Affordable accommodation and comfortable enough with everything we needed.

“Pretty decent chain hotel, but some minor niggles”

I've stayed here before, a couple of years ago and very much enjoyed it. The balcony seaview is fabulous. It's pretty good value for money, I think. I didn't use the pool, though it was there. It's fairly quiet and relaxing, given the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful and my overall stay was fine, but tainted by one incident - which highlighted some negatives for me...

Breakfast was good! Rooms were clean, bed was good. Shower amazing.

Lovely place on the coast, clean and tidy apartments, lovely swimming pool, the staff is helpful and speaks lots of languages. The beds are large and comfortable. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Nice rooms, quiet corridors, sea views, good irons and ironing board, good air con, comfy beds. Vanessa was really good and helpful on reception.

Rooms are fairly basic but with good air conditioning and the sea view from balcony is beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is the best it's large enough to swim laps.

The location was quite central and it was easy to navigate the city by foot (although we did need a taxi to go to Ushuaia and Pasha). It was a pleasant surprise that the apartment not only had a reception, but also a cleaning service. That way you have the feeling of an apartment - with kitchen and all - but also the advantages of a hotel.

nice accomodation. room of average size, good panorama and position. people working there really wanting to help. they even borrowed us two free umbrellas for free access beaches.
