“Good, but things were every so slightly off in terms of quality”
The location was perfect, and the building manager was very kind when we finally were able to meet her. The apartment itself looks pretty and it was nice to have such a big space.

“Good location and place for your Ibiza party weekend”
The host was very helpful, friendly and easy to work with for check in and check out. The apartment was a good size for our group! Great location for the clubs (not the best looking area - but it’s great for the typical ibiza weekend). We were 5-15 mins away from all the best ones and ubering around easy. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Plus a nearby pharmacy and mini supermarket

“Supercentral place, but poor housing facilities.”
The location is top and safe. There is also close to everything you need, as beaches and good food. Also really close the old town. To the bigger partyplaces, you will need to get a cab, but that is not far away.

“Lovely apartment in a great location on the island”
Great space, lovely roof terrace and within 2m walk to the beach. All appliances were there and the host was lovely and had a little welcome surprise for us that made our weekend even better!

“Value for money, fun apartment close to the beach.”
Arrived during the afternoon and had to phone for the keys because reception was closed. I wasn't told about outside parking and ended up with a 90 Euro parking fine the next day. Finding parking can be a nightmare, one day I drove around for 30 minutes to try and find a parking spot.

“Good afordable alternative in Ibiza close to beach”
We loved the balcony and the living room. Good common areas. Friendly and helpful staff who answered quickly if we needed anything. ok beach nearby and grocery store.

“Pleasant stay at a fantastic location, recommended for family/group travellers”
The location is excellent, just in the smack middle of las figueretas area. Super close to the beach and just 15 minute walk away from eivissa town center. If you are a club person it's just 10 minute walk away from bossa, maybe 15-20 mins from ushuaia and hi. Also the location is excellent for a pre-party if you feel like it. Absolute plus for having ice in the freezer ready for us on arrival.

“It was ok.”
Very expensive for 4 nights 1900 euro considering the block of apartments were a 1960s build and the local neighborhood was generally run down. Apartment located on 3rd floor so lots of stairs.
