“Beautiful, spacious room, excellent location, quiet at night”
I was so pleased with my room, very spacious, large window and nice views. Comfortable beds with 2 different bedside lamps. Large bathroom with hot water and very clean. Plenty of furniture including a wardrobe. WiFi was very fast near the door. There's a fridge downstairs and the owner is very helpful and patient. I will definitely be back here when I'm in Ibarra again, hopefully later this year so I can see my friends and enjoy the warm climate and beautiful city of Ibarra. The street is very quiet from 8 to 9 pm, but you can hear some noise from traffic early in the morning.

Before I talk about this small hotel, it is important to understand that we visited Ecuador during a period of political instability in early 2024. There were almost no tourists in Ecuador; hotels have been empty for several months throughout the country. Therefore, a number of hotels (including this one) were not completely ready and it was noticeable that there had been no tourists for several months and no one believed that we would come. In our case, the owner could not find our reservation for a long time, we waited a bit. Then the owner quickly prepared a room for us. We accepted this situation with full understanding. Nice simple rooms for budget travelers, everything is clean and friendly, right in the center of the city.

Very kind and helpfull guy working there. Spacious room with big window and shower with hot water. Only 3 blocs from the center. Very clean.

Great location. Short 3min walk to the square. Secure Parking 150 metres away. Nice Eateries in close proximity. Great host. Very helpful.
