The property is within Ibadan central, it's very easy to connect to anywhere within the city. It's a nice quiet area with nearby restaurants/supermarket, banks and other facilities. There's good support from Mr Shina, the gateman is also quite friendly and communication with the property owner and others involved in managing the property is impressive. Thanks to everyone.

It was a nice experience, clean and cozy place, adequately equipped, perfect for relaxing after a long business day.

The apartment is very clean, with good security and easy to locate, the staff are very friendly and helpful, they attend to your needs without hesitation. They rooms were clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. All the rooms are fully furnished with air-conditioning

“A very pleasant stay”

I loved the space. It was such a spacious apartment with ample rooms complete with lush beds. It was also comfortable, which made me accidentally oversleep because I was relaxing too much, lol. The electricity was great and the water was good and clean. The ambiance, too, was lovely. It was a very good value for money, and I would love to revisit but for much longer this time.

It was a very nice and comfortable place. The serenity of the environment and the ambience were so nice. I love all the rooms, 24-hour light, effective ACs, cooking utensils, prompt response to any request and needs by the managers. It's really a great place to stay.
