Easy to find, located across the road from a supermarket with everything you need for self cater. go through the gate at the rear and knock (met by grandparent i think) he was really nice and could not do enough for me. the twin room i had at the rear was good with everything i needed, sun was on the balcony early to late. air con was good. bus to and from the airport a 10min walk from property fairly regular and 2.5euros. beach 20min walk down through town super easy. would def return to this property if i return to Rhodes.

I had a great stay and can only recommend this accommodation! The host was extremely kind and friendly, which made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The room was beautiful—spacious, clean, and everything worked perfectly. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the place. What really made our stay special was the thoughtful touch: my girlfriend even received a small gift, which was such a lovely and unexpected surprise. Overall, we were really happy with everything. If you're looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay, this is definitely the right choice!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of both the central town and the beach. A large supermarket is situated right next to the hotel, which is very practical. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and feature spacious balconies. The host - an elderly gentleman - goes out of his way to ensure that guests are comfortable and well looked after. I would describe the experience as "silver service." From reserving dinner tables at local restaurants to offering tips on where to shop at the best prices, providing directions for using public transport to Rhodes Town, and even arranging taxis to the airport — nothing is too much trouble. All of this has truly made our stay special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-located place to stay.

Everything was great, the hosts were very sweet and accommodating. In a quiet part of Iaylsoss, but not too far from the main centre. A++

The grandparents who were in charge of the apartments were kind. I loved them. The apartment is clean and the price is reasonable.

“Perfect stop off”

The host was fantastic, he could not do enough for us and was so generous. He gave us water on arrival, gave us a choice of his apartments, drove us to his son's restaurant (where the food was great) and also dropped us off with our suitcases when we left. The apartment was spotless and had just been renovated with a lovely bathroom. All amenities such as cutlery and tablewear were available and there were extras such as shower gel/hand gel etc. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, a lounge space, a bathroom and a balcony - perfect for what we needed. Thank you for looking after us!

Friendly family run hotel.

One night stay with family. Absolutely amazingly friendly owners. Hotel is quiet and clean, good location.

It was dirty in the room and very old furniture. Water did not had pressure.

My apartment at Takis was spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked very well and this is extremely important when you are in Rhodes in August. The balcony is big enough for a couple breakfast.

What I particularly liked about this accommodation was the location, cleanliness, and the availability of parking. What stood out most was the friendliness of the host. He made a great effort to assist us throughout our stay, recommending the best sights, beaches, and restaurants. He even went out of his way to accompany me to a travel agency to purchase a family ticket to Symi Island. I can only highly recommend this accommodation.

The owner and his wife are great ppl, our flights were on late night, he was so flexible with us and too too too kind. The place is near the beach by 10-15 min walking distance, bus stop as well, market is nearly 2 min far, sweet/ désert shop too. Far from Rhodes Centre and Airport by 6-8 km.

“Back to the 70’s”

We booked as The Takis as it was near where my partner’s relatives were staying at the same time. As mentioned in other reviews the facilities were a bit dated. However, as they paid about 6x the cost for a similar length stay at their apartments we had no complaints on that score. We had several restaurants very close and a supermarket about 100m away. They had a 20 minute walk to anywhere and nothing as close. Mr and Mrs Takis were very friendly and approachable. There son runs a very good Pizza and Pasta restaurant nearby and we spotted their photo on the wall and mentioned we were staying at the Takis. He offered us a bottle of wine, which we had to decline unfortunately as we were flying that afternoon. We accepted some Cheesecake instead !!
