Big bed, cleanliness, balcony, kitchen with all necessary equipment, service, everything is great. They took into account our request and accepted us into the apartment earlier than expected. Everything was ready at 10 am. The owner specially went to the apartment to prepare it for us. When we left, we received gifts and very good impressions about this place. When we encountered problems with the electricity or the squeaky bed, the host responded quickly, fixed everything, and even brought us a bottle of wine straight to the room. We value privacy, the host left toiletries, towels, bed linens, etc. outside the door.

We stayed in these apartments for a whole week and did not find a single drawback. Everything was perfect: cleanliness, comfort, great facilities, and attention to every detail. A special thank you to the host for the exceptional hospitality. Upon arrival, we were given a larger and better apartment than the one we originally booked, which was a wonderful surprise. We were also welcomed with delicious treats from the host, making us feel at home from the very first moment. We are also incredibly grateful that the host kindly allowed us to stay longer on our departure day. Thanks to this, we didn’t have to spend hours wandering around in the heat until our evening departure, which made our last day much more comfortable and relaxing. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend these apartments to everyone and would be happy to stay here again in the future!

The host was very nice and friendly. We checked in earlier . The host provided towels for beach as well as tea, coffee , sugar .

“A wonderful stay with a kind host, a clean apartment, and everything we needed for a comfortable holiday.”

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay. The host was extremely kind and welcoming — he greeted us upon arrival, helped us with our luggage when leaving, and even waited with us for the taxi. We also received a lovely small gift before departure, which made the experience even more special. The location was peaceful and convenient, with a grocery store and bus stops nearby. We also appreciated the extra touches like coffee, tea, water in the fridge, shower gels, and beach towels.

Clean and spacious. Hosts were such lovely people. There is nothing I can fault about the apartment.

The host, Mr Nikos was very friendly ,me and my family felt very welcomed and comfortable .

The hosts are so helpful, and generous. There were gifts waiting for us when we arrived. Nikolaos and Maria checked in with us a couple of times making sure that we had what we needed. Nikolaos helped us with advice and recommendations. He even phoned a cruise company on our behalf. The hosts even noticed that I had washed the bed sheets after my son had an accident, and they offered me dry ones straight away. Such warm hosts, we were truly impressed. The flat was clean, and washing up liquid as well as washing liquid were provided, something not many hosts offer. It's an economy flat, so don't expect luxury, but comfortable and clean. There's also a balcony, and a clothes horse for drying your washing. There's an electric stove with two hobs, a sauce pan and a frying pan. There are a few utensils available too. We were able to cook some simple meals. There's a supermarket across the road, and bus stops just minutes away taking you to the airport or into Rhodes town.

So very nice and well equipped apartment! It has a kitchenette, washing machine and TV with streaming service. The owner was so helpful with everything and he’s such a nice guy. When I told him that the bed was terribly hard for me he went and bought a thicker mattress for it! I would recommend Economisa apartments to anyone who would like to have a good stay in Ixia/Ialysos. Supermarket right across the street and walking distance to both Ixia and Ialysos. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach depending on which beach you want to visit. Near the road but still quiet.

Lovely and very clean apartment. Nickolaus was more than helpful .! Very near the beach and a huge supermarket accross the Road. I was offered an apartment on the first floor if I did not want to walk to second floor. However the steps were no problem. Quiet area and close to Rhodes Town. Balcony to sit and lovely view,of Mountains. Water , wine tea bags and washing essentials all in the apartment, washing machine and Fridge and stove top to cook. I highly recommend

“A clean, spacious, and well-located apartment”

Apartment perfect for a couple, spacious, clean, big wardrobe, big bathroom and everything you need. Washing machine tablet provided already and sponge and washing up liquid provided to wash dishes so you do not have to spend money and waste to use only a few times. Bath and beach towels provided for use while staying. Location is perfect, 15min walk into local town, supermarket opposite the apartment and bakery 5min walk away ( Karavolias ). Bus into rhodes town and airport comes every 10min outside the apartment too. Nikoloas & Maria are super helpful if you ever need anything. Thank you so much!

The property was exactly as shown in the photos — very well-equipped and clean. The location is fantastic, with the beach nearby, as well as supermarkets and restaurants within easy reach. It was peaceful at night, and the pools were close by. But the best part was definitely the staff and the provider, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable throughout our stay.

The owner and his assistant are sooooo sweet, they even gifted us a whole bottle of wine on our last evening!!!! The flat was also so nice, you got everything you need! The supermarket is right in front of the apartment and the beach is like a 10 min walk away. There is a bus station near the apartment where you can go to Rhodes Town and also the airport. Bus prices are like 2-3€. We had the best time there!
