I couldn't be happier with the apartment and the owners and staff. They were exceptionally helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they will help in any way they can. I was already very happy and planning my return, but I faced a sudden 20hr delay due to a flight cancellation and I came straight back to stay another night, no hassle or worry. I can't thank them enough. They have a bar and shop onsite but it's very close to plenty more and easy to get into Rhodes Town. I cannot recommend it enough! A lot of their customers have returned for years and I think that speaks volumes!

“Super choice for a family stay”

We had a wonderful experience, from booking to afterwards. Coming to Rhodes for one night on the way to Symi after a long journey - with an 18 month old and 9 year old - we really needed somewhere family friendly and kind, and we got so lucky finding Anixis. The owner was super helpful in advance, finding us a transfer from the airport with a car seat for the baby, the staff bringing all our bags from the car to the room! And the apartment was perfect for a family. Two lovely bedrooms with a view of the beautiful pool and trees / countryside behind it, opening onto a fab balcony. They opened off a little kitchen / living space and the bathroom too. The space was ideal for us and so quiet and easy. They had put in a very comfy sturdy travel cot for the baby by our bed but we could also have wheeled it to the other bedroom with our older child or to the living space. All was spotlessly clean and they had even put in wine, and juice and fruit for the kids. So thoughtful. The bar was open to make us food and drinks even though it was late. We slept well and breakfast in the garden was lovely. The next morning they even spent a long time finding and negotiating a good rate for a car with baby seat to take us to the port. And took the bags again! Nothing was too much trouble, the family and staff running it were delightful. As an openly lesbian / LGBT couple with kids we felt so safe and welcome. We will come back!

“Relaxing stay in a great location”

Lovely stay at the Anixis apartments. Caroline and Glenis are both very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The apartments are in a great location with a bus stop straight outside, buses every 20 minutes to the old town. The supermarket right next door is well stocked and there are plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. We had a great time.

Glynis, Caroline and the rest of the staff are so kind, helpful and friendly and really go out of their way to ensure that you stay is happy and comfortable. The hospitality there is amazing. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and were cleaned daily with clean towels provided daily as well. The apartments were a good size and the bathroom was great, a proper shower which was powerful with plenty of hot water and a glass shower screen. The public areas are lovely, there is a bar area with a good selection of drinks, which also serves good tasty food. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Lovely peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

“A small and nice hotel.”

The staff was very helpful and generous. The location is convenient thanks to busstop closely and by taxi 15 minutes to airport or Rhodos town. The Full English breakfast was superb.

The owner was absolutely fantastic — so kind, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is ideally located very close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

Overall I couldn’t fault the hotel. The owner and her staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spotless. Pool area is a lovely size, nice and quiet. Glynis the owner was very helpful, whatever we needed she found time to accommodate us. All in all we had a lovely week at this hotel and would definitely stay again.

“It was a perfect stay from start to finish.”

We stayed at Anixis Hotel for two weeks and it was absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfectly clean the room service came every day, towels were changed regularly, and the room was always spotless. There was Netflix, YouTube, air conditioning, and a nice balcony. What made our stay truly special was the warm, family-like atmosphere. The owner was amazing always smiling, caring, and checking if we needed anything. We were there with my small dog, Costa, and he loved it too! The owner gave him some treats and made all of us feel very welcome. The room service lady was absolutely lovely with Costa he adored her and was always so happy to see her. The location was perfect very close to the beach, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and the bar served delicious coffee. We felt completely at home and didn’t want to leave. We definitely recommend this place and we will come back for sure! 🌞💛

“Excellent family run apart/hotel.”

The hotel apartment was very comfortable and s rupulously clean. The staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble, even letting us keep pur apartment when I messed up the leaving dates! The hotel has good facilities and is perfectly placed for heading into Rhodos town. It's 10 mins walk to the beach and plenty restaurants, with lovely suggestions from the hotel staff. Their very high rate of repeat clientele speaks for itself. Very good value for money.

The room was as we aspected en was good. The balcony was very nice also!! The swimming Pool is also nice! And at last, the owners were very friendly.

Breakfast was available at a reasonable cost but we had our own kitchenette so we sorted our own breakfast. There’s a fantastic bakery just 100yds away.

Beautifully located to all shops , restaurants and beaches

All the staff and owners were all so friendly and helpful, we didn’t really need to ask for anything but could tell that nothing was too much trouble. Little touches like fresh fruit and a bottle of wine in our room on arrival were lovely and unexpected. Our apartment was basic (as we’d expected from self catering in Greece) but clean and comfortable and we really appreciated having two bedrooms so that my 15 year old daughter could have her own room. The air conditioning in our room was a blessing in the heat, it would have been nice to have that in the second bedroom too, but there was at least a fan in there which helped. We had a lovely view of the pool from our balcony too. The pool area was lovely and throughout our stay we always managed to get sunbeds no matter what time of day we went down there - no towels on beds at dawn which made a refreshing change!
