I come through this email to show my deep sadness and indignation, I have never been treated so poorly in my life, I rented a night at the hotel (Hyannis plaza hotel) from 09/02/2023 to 09/03/2023 and the rudeness has already it started at the hotel reception, I felt that the receptionist was extremely rude and treated me with inequality maybe because I was a foreigner, then in the room I found the dirty trash can and the shower was not working, also the hair dryer was not working working, I really liked the city of Hyannis but I didn't have a good experience with the hotel, I ask you to improve the customer service, thank you.
