Excellent location, particularly for catching a ferry to the islands. Great self contained facilities. Our host, Raj was really helpful regarding local attractions, restaurants etc. He even organised our ferry tickets to Marthas Vineyards.

“Clean, comfy and simple”
The harbour house inn was clean comfortable and had a good location to both the Hyannis harbour and Main Street. If you require grocery shopping the mall with trader joes and whole foods is about a 35 minute walk from the property and easy to get to. Raj was welcoming and helpful, check in and check out was smooth and easy! Would stay here again.

“Comfortable stay in great location close to ferry terminal”
Fantastic location a few minutes walk from HyLine ferry terminal, local restaurants and JFK trail. Very comfortable room and host was very friendly and helpful. He booked ferry and printed out boarding cards for us.

Location is excellent for ferry trips to Nantucket and Martha's Vinyard. Staff are very helpful.

Great location. Ferry to islands steps away. Room smelled musty, easily to remedy with Febreze. Bed a little hard and stove is disconnected for winter. Hotel rep did call and gave us option to cancel. Would definitely book again.

The owner was exceptionally helpful with advice about planning our activities. It was obvious they cared a lot about the property. Everything was perfectly clean, and the room was very large. Great price considering the location!

When I got into bed I found that the sheets had a few small spots of blood on them. I assume they had been washed and that these were old but I definitely was put off by this. Those should have been discarded and NEVER reused.
