Great, super helpful staff!

Friendly staff (especially Geena), loved the hot tub and sauna on the roof, great atmosphere. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Loved the hot tub and sauna. The location was quiet. The kitchen was a wonderful surprise. The extra showers and bathrooms. The drying closet for your bathing suits

Food - restaurant was really good, breakfast also very nice. Staff - were excellent; Clara was very welcoming and showed us around, very friendly and helpful Room - small but clean and many amenities and good use of the space

“Pleasant and cosy stay”

They maintain the place very well and like their unlimited hot tea, coffee and hot chocolate service.

The great value for the price. The common rooms have 6 beds, well separated and comfortable. In the common area they provide you anything you could need and a hot tub and a sauna too

We got stranded at basecamp due to the weather alarm/storm in early april. We where lucky we did. Especially the people working there made our stay very, very, very pleasant. Great food in the restaurant as well, nice breakfast. We recommend staying in this place.

We were a big group of 17 over excited adults but the hospitality was fantastic! The whole place is cosy with a great menu selection. The staff were friendly with a great sense of humour too

Supper nice hosts and nice location

Fabulous to stay with teenagers. Great public pool with fitnesd, open air pool, jaccuzi and sauna. Was great after a long day. Staff was so nice in getting some way to stream the Irish soccer match. Lovrly bubbly staff. Coffee and tea all day for everyone. Great base to discover the south.

“Recommended hostel”

Brilliant value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Has much much more to offer than a typical hostel. Dormitories and shared showers but place was very clean and tidy. Bar, hot tub, communal kitchen and/or restaurant.

It has a lot of things to do! Several common areas. Staff is very nice! Breakfast and dinner were fine too! Sauna and jacuzzi were very nice !

Everything is kept very clean, the bed setting was comfortable (I had the best sleep ever), the whole hostel ambience was beautiful, they have their own restaurant and market was not too far away so there is no need to worry about food, and the best part was the outdoor hot bath -- so cozy and we were very lucky to see aurora during that night at the bath, it was magical. Its a plus that they have a mini kitchen for us to use

Everything is great here! Gina welcomed us with a smile and showed us around; she really made us feel like at home. The rest of the personnel were also great and very nice! The place is very cozy and it is in a perfect place to see the Aurora. The restaurant is also amazing; really recommend to try the Char!
