Really beautiful place and hotel

You are great for having preserved such a building. I had a lot of aesthetic pleasure from staying at the villa. I can't imagine how much it costs to keep it in order, but as a hotel owner, I can only embrace you and wish you prosperity, motivation and inspiration for your hard work.

it’s very cool to stay in a castle :)) the decoration inside is so curated and special. rooms are spacious and have all amenities, very clean too. the breakfast is super nice, lots of variety. nothing to change! Jönköping is 10min away by car, very convenient.

“Perfection in every respect!”

From the outside, there's little to indicate how special this place is, but once you step into the dark, wood-panelled interior and take in the grand staircases and wonderful decor, you'll soon fall in love with this quirky hotel! My room was small, but very homely and comfortable. The bed was a delight and I slept marvellously! A last minute choice to dine in the restaurant was one of my best decisions in life - it was a magnificent experience! The service was exquisite, and the food a culinary masterpiece! After a perfect wild mushroom entrée, the gravlax was fantastic! But the filet mignon was out of this world, savoured with the paired cabernet sauvignon! A rhubarb and white chocolate pudding rounded-off dinner wonderfully! I fully anticipated a substantial bill, but at £90 it was a steal for something worthy of a Michelin star!

Amazing hotel! The atmosphere in this old castle was relaxing and the decoration was lovely. We had a small room, which was very cosy and there was enough space. Restaurand was very good and breakfast was delicious.

Fantastic breakfast. Excellent in-house dining with a fresh, creative menu and great wine list. We had a suite, which was luxurious, well-appointed and with panoramic views over the lake and countryside.

A beautiful place with fascinating interior. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Close to nature and restaurants of Huskvarna. Plenty of parking space. Good breakfast.

Fantastic well maintained older building and decor. Super gourmet restaurant and nice surroundings. Can definitely be recommended if you are into romance. We will come back
