“Return Stay”

This is our 2nd stay and both times have been lovely. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and located well for our purpose of visiting Phantasialand we was able to park right outside the front door abd communication with the host was great.

Location is in a quiet part of the town. On road parking is easy and on a very quiet street. It is close to the town centre of Cologne and near to Phantasialand. The apartment is very well appointed and has everything you need for a longish stay.

We loved absolutely everything. It was a home away from home. The hosts are wonderful and the place has absolutely everything you need and so beautiful decorated. Really loved the added Christmas decorations to make it feel that much more homey

Spacious, comfortable home . Well appointed kitchen. Fantastic stay.

Fantastic accommodation, great heating nice and warm with adjustable radiators, able to park right outside of front door on driveway, great communication with host, fully equipped with dishwasher and tablets, large fridge freezer, large dining area, roomy bedrooms, fresh linen (smelt lovely!) So clean. Lovely large powerful shower, great transport links, 4 minute drive to train stop with good links to Bonn and Cologne. Host was really helpful. We were able to check in whenever we wanted to as it was a key safe at the property.

“Beautiful house that is perfect for a family”

The accommodation is lovely. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the hosts had even decorated it for Christmas, which was a really nice touch. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the sofa bed in the living room was made up for us on arrival. There were also lots of blankets and duvets. The house was nice and warm, which was great seeing as it was freezing outside. The house is 5 minute drive from supermarkets and about a 10 minute drive to the park & ride where we got the tram into Cologne. There was free parking on the street just outside the house. Bathroom was massive and the shower pressure was great. The host met us on arrival and gave us the keys, and told us we could contact him if we needed anything. I can't really comment on Hurth as a location as we didn't spend much time there - we chose this place because it was a good price, could accommodate a family of 4 and had good links to Dusseldorf and Cologne, which we were visiting for the Christmas markets.
