“DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT book an appartement at Suit Home! These people are scammers!”
Me and my family booked an appartement at Suit Home. They confirmed the order and asked what time we were arriving. We told them and they said that we're welcome. LAST MINUTE, same Day as we arrived they message us saying that they cancelled our trip for no reason and without checking in with us first. They left us stranded with no where to sleep and no where to put our luggage. I had my kids with me, so this really stressed me out. THET ALSO said that I would be getting my money back in 4 days. It has been 2 weeks and we still haven't gotten our money back. When we found their contact number and called them, they were very rude and no one even spoke English! When we tried to communicate with them they just hung up the phone. WORST experience I have ever had and I'm really sad to say that.
