Great thanks to Haitham. Check-in was as sweet and fast as your morning coffee. He was so helpful and perfect in understanding the group's needs and requirements, and also very fast to fulfill all needs. Ayman and Alaa in the main restaurant were professional and friendly, as was Kareem. The Italian restaurant is a unique island of hospitality and friendly service. I really thank Ahmed and Ali, and all the staff there; they are truly different. Special thanks to Mr. Osama, F&B manager, who listened and noted carefully all our notes and comments, and also showed a professional attitude with great experience, as well as immediate solutions and care for each and every word, which conveys to us that real improvements are to be expected soon, which really encourages us to be there again soon.

If you won't agree that you would prefer a resort and choose to stay in a hotel only because someone treated you the best way, then you haven't met Haitham yet. Haitham embodies the soul of hospitality in the most perfect and pure way. From the first minute, you realize he isn't just doing a job perfectly, but he truly cares about your vacation and comfort. He goes above and beyond, going to great lengths just to make sure you are creating amazing memories here, not only enjoying your vacation. He pays attention to tiny details and arranges everything beforehand; even before you recognize what you need to request, you'll find it arranged and pointed out to you. This is a level I found astonishing in 5-star hotels in the whole area as a repeat guest in most of the best-reputed ones. I really appreciate and value his efforts and would like to thank him. If we are there again soon, Haitham is definitely the reason.

“Great for a short family vacation for a week”

We were returning customers and stayed at Tropitel right before the lockdown of COVID and always promised to come back. We love the hotel. The hotel is very well kept, the reef is wonderful. Room has always been clean. The pool with the slides was again the highlight for the kids . The service at the bar, beach and restaurants has been wonderful! We really appreciated the staff , they were always very attentive and friendly. The kids loved the kids disco and daily face painting. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Haitham for the outstanding service and attention. We could contact him at any time, and he promptly resolved every issue for us.

“Very Disappointing for a supposedly 5 stars hotel”

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, however some may need some maintenance as some tear can be seen in many places. Pool area and beach are quite nice, but if you are looking for sandy beach this will not be the place for you. If you want to dive in the sea you will need to go for a walk in the jetty. Hotel offers 2 à la carte restaurants which were much better than the buffet restaurant!

1. Facilities and rooms The facilities are good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool area is very nice and the outside is lovely (space, Palm trees, wood paths and bridges, lakes) 1. À la carte restaurants The two complimentary reservation-based restaurants (Mexican and Italian) were good and were among the highlights of our stay. 3. You don't need to stick to the hotel night shows , you can easily walk on the beach avenue , visiting other hotels or just walk parallel to the beach . Also doable by renting a golf cart.

Wonderful food and exceptional service. Great place for snorkeling right in front of the hotel. All the staff at the hotel were really nice and they made really good effort to make us enjoy our holiday. Special thanks to Ayman, who did very much extrawork for us. Nice location

This was may second stay in Tropitel and for sure I will visit again. The reception of the guests was very professional, welcome drink, quick check-in, introduction of the guest representative. The room is large enough and well equipped, the pool is heated. You can snorkel by walking into the sea from the pier. You can sign up for a program that changes every hour with the animators, they satisfy the most diverse needs. The all-inclusive meal is extremely varied, the emphasis is on a different dish every day. (lamb, beef, crab, chicken, fish, etc.) The service staff is very attentive, they fulfill all requests quickly.

They really try to give their best. The staff was very nice. The kids club was great. I like the long beach, there are some great spots for snorkeling or free diving. Solid buffet too.
