Very clean, great facilities, amazing members of staff with great customer service. The food was excellent and lots of options. Mostafa from the pool bar was AMAZING. Mohammed from the beach serving drinks was also AMAZING.

“A-Must-Visit Hotel - can’t wait to return”
This hotel exceeded my expectations in every possible way, from the immaculate cleanliness to the delicious and diverse food options. The entire staff made me feel like I was the only guest, always going above and beyond with genuine smiles and incredible hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Mariam Alaa from Guest Relations, Nader at Reception, and Nouran from the Animation Team, whose efforts truly stood out—they made me feel at home and cared for at every moment. The BBQ dinner on the beach was an unforgettable experience, unlike anything I’ve encountered in the 30 countries I’ve visited. This hotel sets a new standard for excellence, and I can’t wait to return!

The service is excellent. The location and beach are amazing. Special thanks to mr Milad and Ms. Lina in the reception. He upgraded my room and let me stay for the late check out. I also thank ms Marium she was calling everyday to make sure that everything is ok. They also offered me food and drinks every night after dinner. I am so lucky I found out about this hotel.
