We loved everything. Our first impression with Karim at the reception was very nice. We loved the food, the swimming pools and the stuff. Everything was perfect and we would like to come back one day.

“It was perfect”
This hotel, where I've been staying for 2 years, feels like home. The renovated rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff were always smiling and friendly. Waen, in particular, took great care of us.

Everything was good- staff were very nice and helpful. They regularly checked in with me and made sure my stay was up to my standards. They gave me a good room and accommodated any room requests. Karim at reception was very helpful- and helped out with any requests.

The only positive aspects of this hotel were the aquapark and the snack restaurant across from the pools. Other than that, the entire stay was filled with problems, and I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
