Everything was perfect! The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing, and everything was very clean. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious as well. Special thanks to Mr. Nasser from the reservations team for his great support. Also, many thanks to all the staff at Remal and Fayrouz restaurants, especially Ms. Sayeda. And special appreciation to the reception team, Mr. Amr and Dina, for their kindness and professionalism.

“Amazing experience”

The staff of the Hotel is something else! They are always getting feedback from guests during the day, talking to us and doing whatever is possible to make our experience the most confortable. Special thanks to Khaled and Nassir, who were always in contact to make sure my experience was good since the first minute.

“Terrific family vacation at a great hotel”

The personal is great specially Khaled. He was always ready to provide us the best service. The hotel rooms are clean, the cleaning crew is very good. The food was delicious, we tried but specialty ( Egyptian and Italian) and the food did not disappoint, good quality of products, great taste and terrific presentation of dishes

“Not a peaceful stay”

There was no peace on the beach with hawkers and staff repeatedly soliciting us. Every day, we were disturbed about 10 times (to play tombola, to have a photoshoot, to have a massage, to join a stretching class, to join volleyball, to join aerobics etc). That's fine for an active holiday but not if you want a peaceful break. What's more, there were hours of drilling on 3 out of 4 days. We were told that it's because a new bar was being built. Afterwards, when we complained, the management changed their tune and said it was emergency repair work. Someone wasn't telling the truth...

Best 4-star hotel ever! We spent a week in March at the Jaz in Soma Bay. The hotel is excellently managed: all the staff are always cheerful, friendly, and ready to joke around. But never intrusive. Every request was dealt with immediately and there was nothing that annoyed or disturbed us. The rooms are superbly soundproofed. We didn’t hear a single noise from other rooms the entire week. A very special thank you to Shaker and his incredible team at the two à la carte restaurants! They made our stay unforgettable with their incredible service and food. We’ll definitely be back to Jaz Soma Bay!

Special thanks to Christine from Guest Relations and Bishoy from the Front Office team they were absolutely amazing, very friendly, and professional. The waiters in all the restaurants were extremely polite and professional. We will definitely come back again.

Khaled Mostafa is warm, very good reception, provided us with free Italian meals, and sent us a lot of things when we left. I highly recommend everyone to come here.

I may not know everyone’s name, but the entire team including the F&B management did a fantastic job and made our stay truly memorable The waiters in all the restaurants were extremely polite and professional. It’s a great team we didn’t meet a single staff member who wasn’t excellent, which clearly shows how strong and professional the F and B manager is but sorry I don't know his name :) Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again Thanks alllllll

“Awesome, extremely recommendable”

The Water, The Invites to Olivo and Fayrooz, specially Fayroz's LambChops, Mr. Khaled made the check in and check out as smooth as possible which made the hotel feel like home, and the most heartwarming was the smile on each staff members faces...it was very welcoming
