“Great value super friendly resort 😊”

The staff make this hotel what it is , they literally do everything in their power to make sure your every need is catered for . From check in Mohamed WhatsApp me during our stay to make sure all was going well and if we had any concerns ( we didn’t) also called us the night before we left to offer a late check out as we had a late flight . The Bar staff in the Infinity bar were superb knew our order every evening when we called in on our way to the room and always had a chat but all the staff were so good the waiters, animation team the room cleaners who left lovely towel shaped animals for us every day we honestly couldn’t fault anything . 3 beautiful pools well maintained grounds with lots of activities . We will definitely be back

We had a truly wonderful stay at Serenity Alpha Beach, and we can honestly say that everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, very well maintained, and located in a stunning setting. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and always impeccably clean. The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices every day, ensuring that there was always something new and delicious to try. The restaurants, bars, and overall service were outstanding. We also enjoyed the entertainment and activities offered throughout the resort. The staff in every area were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. What made our stay even more special, however, was the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Ahmed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. He was always available whenever we needed assistance, offering help, advice, and support with remarkable kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure that our holiday was perfect, and his dedication to guest satisfaction is truly outstanding. Thanks to him, our stay was not only comfortable but also memorable in the best possible way. A heartfelt thank you to Ahmed and to the entire Serenity Alpha Beach team for making our holiday such a fantastic experience. “Wonderful stay”

I hesitated for a long time before choosing the perfect hotel in Hurghada to rest after a week of intense visits. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, the rooms were clean with thoughtful little touches, and the snorkeling opportunities were a good suprise. The buffet and various restaurants offered a great variety, and the quality of the evening shows was very good. With both quiet pools and lively ones with music and animations, there’s something for everyone. Highly recommended!

It was beautiful, the gardens were well looked after, the foyer was grand. The staff were the best! Especially Mohamed on reception, Mohamed & Mohamed at the beach restaurant and Khaled who worked on the bar next to the beach restaurant. We loved our stay and would absolutely come again.

The staff was amazing, the diving center was great and the rooms were so clean and spacious.

Very nice place with everything you need. You can see it has been running for a while, however very well maintained. The entreatment can definitely improve.

Breakfast and lunch/dinners were amazing, everything for everybody. The garden and pool areas was amazing. I specially liked the cool pool where you can go when you need to refresf yourself. The beach was great for snorkling with hundreds of differenst kind of colorful fishes.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 10-day stay at Serenity Alpha Hotel, and overall it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel itself really stands out — the attention to the physical environment (“brick and mortar”) is impressive, blending a sense of luxury with an elegant eastern-inspired design. The surroundings feel refined and thoughtfully put together, which immediately sets the tone for a relaxing stay. What really made our holiday special, however, was the staff. The service across the resort was excellent, but a few individuals genuinely went above and beyond and deserve special recognition. The animation team were outstanding and brought so much energy and fun to each day — particularly Katlyn (Katalina), Fay, Dahlia, Sarah, Teresa, Victoria, and Mustafa, who all made a lasting impression. A big thank you as well to Hossam at concierge/reception, who was incredibly helpful with every request and query we had. His professionalism and willingness to assist really enhanced our stay. We’d also like to mention Ahmed at the pool bar and Ahmed from housekeeping — both consistently went the extra mile and were always friendly and attentive. In terms of the general experience: • There is a good variety of food and drinks available daily at the buffet, and the à la carte options offer nice variety as well. • The hotel is clean and well maintained throughout, both in private rooms and communal areas. • Outdoor spaces are generally well looked after and pleasant to spend time in.

This is an excellent Resort, good pools, good entertainment, good food, and its nice that you can go to sister hotel with slides for kids. The fish snorkeling off the pier were outstanding! All in all a superb experience for the whole family! Hope to go back soon!

“A heavenly stay in Serenity Alpha Beach 😍”

For the first time in our many visits to numerous hotels and accommodations to be welcomed by the front desk manager personally 🥰 Mr Kerolos (Serenity Alpha Front Desk Manager) and his team gave us such a warm welcome and even gave us a selection of rooms to select from with all amazing views of the sea and pool. Spacious rooms and luxury furnishings made our stay much more enjoyable. He constantly maintained contact with us during the stay and flooded us many perks and incentives during our stay that made it very hard for us to end our holiday and stay. All the staff and team of the Serenity Alpha were amazing with many activities to do and never a dull day. The activities were jammed packed with everything within minutes away - beautiful day of massage in the hotel facilities, the aqua and even safari rides to choose from. Even the stay on beach and pools is one to always look forward to - if you love activities then definitely recommend you come here as it will never be your last visit. Thank you again for the beautiful hospitality and for making our stay memorable for my family.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, cleaned every day and the beds were very comfortable. There were 3 different pools and lots of sun loungers at their beach.

“Amazing coral reef and fish near by the hotel beach”

The coral reefs and schools of fish by the hotel pier are very beautiful. We enjoyed snorkeling there so much. Found lots of fish species, including lion fish and her baby. Took lots of amazing photos. We also saw a pod of dolphins swimming by.
