Mr. Shady Morkos checked us in, he is very friendly and helpful and made sure we knew he was available for any requests we had although we didn't need anything since everything was more than great! All the staff are always smiling and offering help, the night time shows were fun and entertaining. The lifeguards were very attentive and directed us to the best snorkeling spots and made sure we had the best experience altogether.

“Beautiful stay”
The resort was huge , multiple resturants , beatufil beaches , the room view was perfect , staff were great specially Mr Shady from the reception who helped me alot during my stay.

“Perfect”
We stayed at room 4005 Thanks to mr. Shady morkos who made our stay memorable and comfortable. We had a pleasant time and also my 3 year old boy was so happy. All week days are full of activities with the animation team who are always cheerful and active. I'll come back again

“Awesome facilities”
They have their own reef where you can swim and snorkle. It’s an amazing plus. Really we spend our time mostly there. 3 different pools, but not all of them have a bar. Neither does the beach have it close. But someone is walking around bringing all the beers. Bring swimming shoes, they have some stores in the hotel but all they do is screw you and ask for more money. The food is good, they have some different restaurants but not many different choices from their main buffet. It’s a good price quality hotel. For the price we had an amazing time but things could be much better. Our room was okay and amazing view.

Staff were amazing and also hotel is so good and service also , you can find your favourite coffee at 2 am for example , Cheifs from everywhere not only egypt , sea is so clean and pools too.

Everything was wonderful. The buffet was excellent, the snacks were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This was by far the best place I have stayed in compared to all the other places I visited in Egypt. I highly recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Heart of Interlaken Apartments. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Interlaken West station, restaurants, supermarkets, and many local attractions. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. It was fully equipped with everything a family needs, and the beds were comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was quick and professional. One of the best things about this apartment is its central location while still being quiet and relaxing. It was an ideal base for visiting Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, and the surrounding areas. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to families visiting Interlaken. We would definitely stay here again.

The resort is large and beautiful, with several different dining areas, and we really the food. It is also possible to go snorkeling and see many different fishs, which made the experience more enjoyable. Special thanks to Mohamed Abdulghany for taking care of us throughout our holiday and making sure we had a great time. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
