Absolutely love this place. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing, the food was lovely (even for fussy eaters) the Chinese restaurant in particular was excellent. 5 min walk into town too! My favourite place to visit in Egypt.

“Cute hotel with lots of pools & flowers”
I like that every part of the hotel look different and interesting, also I had room with pool at balcony. Food was good, staff was very friendly. Also I like that there is boat to beach (5mins) and as well it's possible to walk like 10-15mins in case u missed the boat. My room was big and had many mirrors 💜 I loved those little gardens and pools all over hotel. Beautiful flowers!

Mr Ahmed Zaytoun, Mr Mustafa from the reception were very friendly, helpful and hands on during the whole stay! Mr Hossam from the room service, all the kitchen staff weee really friendly and helpful. No complaints when it comes to staff or people working here :)

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We arrived at 3 PM but couldn’t check in until 5 PM. While we were upgraded, we discovered bed bugs all over all three beds. At 3 AM, with two kids, we were moved to another room, only to find hair on the sheets and more bed bugs (I have videos as evidence for both rooms). We asked to check out early due to safety concerns. Management was rude, dismissive, refused to refund, and didn’t even apologize, despite staff witnessing everything. They offered a late checkout or another stay instead, which is unacceptable. Avoid this hotel. Serious hygiene and management issues.
