Everything from the chosen covers and pillows to the staff and entertainment team. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, I was greeted well, offered numerous activities and did a lot of tourist activities thanks to the man working at the taxi service. I am very grateful for him and the entertainment team that would host the evenings and activities during then. Even in the morning and midday.

The beach was disappointing, water was not clean, 75% of the stuff were not friendly but I guess because the resort was full capacity and were over stressed ,the animation team were good especially Turbo who gave us funny and unforgettable vibes & food was a disaster each time we ate we just had a stomach ache

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel, it’s well laid out with beautiful views of the sea and pool, with beautiful gardens all around. It has its own private beach with the most helpful & friendly staff ever.

This hotel is a true gem, nestled in a peaceful and quiet location. From the moment we stepped into the welcoming lobby, we felt a perfect mix of elegance and comfort. Everything about this place is designed to make your stay special, offering the ideal environment to relax and unwind. The family rooms are spacious and comfortable—just what you need for a memorable holiday. The food was a highlight, featuring a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes, including fresh salads, nice desserts, and an abundance of fresh fruit. The top-notch service made every meal even more enjoyable. The swimming pools are beautifully designed to cater to all ages, with a poolside bar conveniently serving each area. One pool was heated to 30°C, allowing us to swim comfortably even in December. However, stepping out of the pool could feel a bit chilly due to the cool winds. There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained. Activities like table tennis, snooker, volleyball, yoga, and a cozy TV room are all thoughtfully provided, ensuring fun for both kids and adults alike. There are loads of shops on located on the hotel grounds, including pharmacy, suvenior shop and other shops selling art, handicrafts, essentials, clothes etc. The evening entertaintments/shows/dances are quite fun most of t, but can be a bit hit and miss at times. The special ceremonies/gala dinners for Christmas and new year were truly excellent and they went out of their way to provide a vast varirty of foods cockails, deserets and frtuits etc. It was truly excellent. There are additional facilities that you can book at extra costs, such as massage, quad biking, scuba diving, snorkling, camel riding etc. that is quite nice.
