I had a wonderful stay at JAZ Palmariva Beach from June 11 to June 15. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was varied and delicious, and the beach and facilities were well maintained. What truly made the difference was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would like to extend my special thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mohamed Abdelmonaem, the Front Desk Manager, for his exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring that guests have a pleasant and memorable experience. His warm welcome, attention to detail, and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire JAZ Palmariva Beach team for a fantastic vacation. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Every thing was perfect ,the staff especially mr Mohamed abdelmonem the reception manager make every thing easy for us and sherif ashraf in the main restaurant and mohamed abdo in the house keeping . The pool was great with different sizes The beach was sandy and clean The food was amazing The drinks especially the coktails was perfect .

It was a really really nice experience, the people from the hotel are amazing, we really want to thank the manager Mohamed Monaem that was so kind, so caring, an gave us assistance couple of times, we would come back because of him, he made our journey so smooth, thank u again Mohamed ! My stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding in every aspect. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Mohamed (the Hotel Manager) for his excellent management and his personal attention to detail; he is a true professional who ensures every guest feels welcomed and valued. I also want to thank Sayed and Alaa from the Housekeeping team for their remarkable work. The entire hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my stay, and they were always helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel’s facilities are fantastic; I especially enjoyed the beautiful beach and the swimming pool areas, which were perfect for relaxation. The food was delicious and of high quality, and the entire atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Furthermore, I must commend the entire staff for their high level of cooperation and professionalism; everyone was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. Thank you to the whole team for providing such an excellent experience. I will definitely be returning!

“Very nice stay with great food and location”

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent. The sea is in a beautiful bay with a very gentle entrance to the water, which makes swimming very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, we were given a free room upgrade and were even offered to choose the floor we preferred, which was a very nice gesture. The food was amazing, very tasty and with a big variety. Everything was beautifully served. The service in the restaurant was very fast and almost invisible; the waiters worked very professionally. There were different kinds of meat, and at breakfast a chef cooks eggs exactly the way you like them. Honestly, it is hard to imagine what else could be added to the menu, there was already so much choice. Our room was clean, with a balcony and a pool view. From most rooms in the buildings facing the pool you can also see the sea, which is very nice. There is also a beach bag and beach towels in the room, which is very convenient for going to the beach. Wi-Fi works well throughout the entire hotel area, including the beach. This is not our first time staying at a hotel from this chain, and compared to other hotels we visited in Hurgada before, this is definitely one of the best.

“Friendly Folk; Festival of Food; Fragrant Flowers; Sea, Sand and Serenity - Cossetted at the Club!”

Loved it last year and even more impressed on our return. Why? 1. We requested an upper floor room at seaward end of southern array of rooms - On arrival we had been allocated not just that but stunning double balcony room closest to the sea/beach (2459) Immense wow factor with fabulous views of the entire sea frontage- probably the best of all in the whole bay. Spectacular sunrises. Super king bed with very comfortable mattress, super-hot water and lovely big shower 2. Sea and pools - Mini bay within the bay 30m from our room was good to swim at ALL tides with no need to use a pier or walk across rough shallows to deeper water. Pools large and various depths and 27 C comfy temperature well serviced by good sunbeds and bars. Nice Gym in an airy structure located right on the beach. 3. Food and Restaurants - For breakfast and lunch by the beach, light and airy with sun or shade options. Dinner main restaurant indoor and outdoor options. Range and quality a wow for every taste with super fresh salads and fruits and reliable meat and fish dishes daily as well as the daily themed variants. The dessert display was a work of art plus themed strawberry and chocolate days - exceptional food hygiene too. 4. Location - Best in the bay with safe walks off site in all directions and no problems with insects or bites. The gardens are a delight of flowers, shrubs and palms - fragrant and tranquil. 5. MOST IMPORTANT Staff. Welcoming, friendly, attentive but never pushy. True stars were Osama (restaurant manager) Mohammed and Romany, two of the waiter staff and young Yousef, ever smiling whilst sweeping. Ahmed serviced our room intelligently to the highest standard and did amazing towel creations, whilst Yousef and Ayman in the lobby bar were great, ever present and always remembered just how we liked our drinks. Khamis, one of the barrier security staff was also particularly kind, helpful and charming. Such staff are a credit to Labranda and key to A+ guest experience.

- the staff is very friendly, truly at the level of a 5 star hotel (except for the taxi story see below) - housekeeping was super clean and made cute figures with the towels/bed drape every day - the mattress was perfect - price/quality is excellent - good sized balcony - spacious room Other points: - Best snorkeling is at the other side of the bay, at Fort Arabasque and Red Sea spa hotels. It's about 1 hour walk from Labranda. Unfortunately there is no soft coral and the hard coral is mostly bleached, but there are still plenty of fish. - Overall I would score the resort a 7.5/10. The staff is excellent and everything is clean, but the food is just ok and the rooms need a little renovating and are noisy.
