This was my fourth stay with the Jaz group and my second stay at Jaz Casa del Mar Beach, and once again I enjoyed many aspects of the hotel. The food was good, the location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Cleanliness standards were consistently high throughout my stay. Most importantly, many staff members were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely willing to help, which contributed to a pleasant holiday. experience. Overall, the hotel continues to offer a relaxing atmosphere and the quality service that has made me a loyal guest of the Jaz brand over the years.

Everything was great. It was my first experience with all-inclusive resorts and it couldn’t have been better - accommodations, food, people, entertainment. Food was variable and tasty, I was hearing a lot about eating in buffet in Egypt but gladly I can say that in jaz casa del mar it is not the case, everything was great, both quality and taste. Staff members were unbelievably welcoming and nice We used spa facilities, it is paid service but totally worth it Beach was clean and comfortable, pools were nice too In general huge recommendation and many thanks to hotel, I hope to visit it again

I’ve stayed in so many hotels in Hurghada, but this is the only one I’ve visited twice and for good reason!! Everything here is simply perfect: the service, the food, the cleanliness, and especially the people. The absolute highlight of this hotel is the food. I have never eaten this well anywhere else in Hurghada, and I’ve truly stayed at many different hotels. You can enjoy every meal without worrying about getting sick or not tolerating the food, which can sometimes be a concern in Egypt. Here, dining is a real pleasure. Even the head chef personally comes around to ask if everything is okay and makes sure every guest is satisfied. The hotel offers many different areas, so there’s something for everyone. If you want peace and relaxation, there’s a quiet pool area, while the main pool is always full of fun and great energy. Shams is an amazing person. If I had to describe someone with the perfect Egyptian charm, it would definitely be him. He and his animation team are incredibly kind, friendly, and always make sure guests are having a great time. At the same time, they are very respectful! If you want to relax and be left alone, they completely respect that as well. I already loved the entertainment team during my first stay, but now they’ve become even better. And Mohamed from the beach bar was always attentive and made sure we were well taken care of at all times. In my opinion, this is definitely the best hotel in Hurghada! Both in terms of quality and the outstanding staff.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel no less than 11 times, and each visit has consistently exceeded my expectations. The level of service, comfort, and attention to detail truly sets this place apart. A special thank you goes to Mr. Ahmed from the front office management team, whose professionalism and warm welcome always make me feel valued and at home. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ibrahim, the restaurant manager, for his exceptional service and for ensuring every dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Additionally, many thanks to Ms. Larisa for her kindness, attentiveness, and dedication—she truly makes a difference in the overall guest experience. It is rare to find a hotel that maintains such high standards over time, and this is the reason I keep coming back. “Paradise by the Red Sea.”

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights leaving the kids at home with the grandparents. We came wanting to chill and do nothing and we pretty much got that. The hotel set up is amazing, you can have a drink while chilling in the pool and looking at the Red Sea. The cocktail options were amazing. I loved the lunch time restaurant next to the pool. Private beach and ocean were spotless and you could book tours and spa treatments while relaxing on a sunbed. There were always sunbeds available and the lifeguard would take peoples towels away if they left for more than an hour which is a great idea. The room was clean and comfortable. The Spa was well priced for a 5 star hotel and very good, all Thai ladies. The entertainment crew had high energy, always came to say hello and tried to include everyone in the hotel. I have so many staff to thank but can’t remember all the names.

“Terrible stay”

This was a highly unpleasant stay—overcharged due to a "system issue" revealed only at checkout, inflexible hotel rules, a long stuffy corridor, and being accused of taking a missing bathrobe we never saw, with our luggage checked despite no usage.

It was just what we needed after a hectic Nile cruise, this was truly relaxing. The staff were just so inviting and so so friendly. They always wanted to help. From the guys at the entrance gate, the awesome front desk managers, ALL the restaurant staff, ( mostly Mostafa, Mahmoud Ali & Mohammed) all the pool guys to the gentleman that cleaned our room and Mia the entertainer, who informed us on what the hotel has to offer, We could not fault them. After 7 blissful night in 5 star Class, we felt apart of the family.

Exceptional service, staff, food&drinks as well as facilities. Lovely beachfront, and a very relaxing stay. It was our second time here, and definitely not the last!
